Great staff, cold room!
-
Parking is terrible. As expensive as a 1 night stay is I would expect a better option. Having to walk to the 3rd floor of a parking garage by stairs with luggage and children is crazy. Much less to pay $21 to do it. Insane. Staff was less than eager to offer guidance. I will definitely book elsewhere come our next broadway visit.

Love this little boutique hotel. My second stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and clean. Parking is good but no elevator to the upper parking levels.
-
Close to Broadway. 2.8km ride to downtown. Clean city.

Staff and hotel was excellent!

This stay was super cute and simple. Very good for the price. We missed breakfast so we didn’t experience but it was a quick bus ride to Broadway and had awesome staff. Would recommend this stay :)
-
No convenient parking had to park 2nd floor of ramp and pay $20 per day for that, advertised a full service bar in the lobby it was closed and not stocked parking in Nashville is insane

Good

Clean rooms, friendly staff. In the heart of downtown. Free breakfast provided. House keeping didn’t bother you like they do at most places. Was able to sleep peacefully.

We like the hotel. It was nice and a good value for downtown Nashville. It was within walking distance Vanderbilt, but it was a little bit of a hike. The most inconvenient thing was the parking. It was paid parking, which is not surprising for a downtown location however you had to go outside to access the parking and walk up the land, which would not have been convenient if the weather had been bad
-
Spent the night in Nashville for a show. Just the perfect spot. Affordable, comfortable, $15 uber ride from anywhere you wanna be
-
The girl at the front desk was really helpful! Very kind.

Staff were great
-
Proximity to downtown Water in bathtubs were not indicated correctly. Had to pay for parking at hotel. Sheets were cheap microfiber. Staff did not seem to happy to be working there. Navigating hotel to parking lot was not easy. Cheap toiletries
-
Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean. I did not like a parking situation
-
cleanliness and comfort. easily accessible. only one trash can in the room was a bummer. Breakfast was just OK.
-
Great downtown location near many restaurants and venues. Breakfast was good. Nice stay!
-
When checking in we had to pay $100 a room deposit they we were not told about beforehand. We could not check in without paying it. Guy checking us in was rude.
-
Staff was great but there was mold in the room
-
It was close to downtown, provided everything I really needed for my trip. I was wanting a drink before the show, but I was confused as to why the bar actually doesn’t have a bar…
