It's a nice independent hotel. We really like the lobby area, part of which is also dining space for breakfast. The location is very good - close to Vanderbilt, Broadway, dining around the hotel in walkable distance. Centennial Park is also close-by. Good, healpful staff. The breakfast was included, and quite good. The usual fare: make-your-own waffles, bagels and cream cheese/butter, scrambled eggs, sausages mini-muffins, fruit, yogurt cups, juice, coffee, tea, jams/fruit spreads. The beds, pillows, linens clean and comfortable. AC in the room work very well, which was necessary in the hot weather spell. They have generous check-out time of 12 pm, and check-in time of 3 pm. We arrived on a red-eye flight very early morning. They allowed us to check-in way earlier and also check out late. We really appreciated that. Parking info: There's on-site paid parking for $20-$25. There's also free parking in front of the hotel on Hayes Street, but usually not available. There is paid street parking and paid parking lots on Hayes Street around the hotel. Parking is enforced from 6am - 12am (saw an attendant give tickets at 11:45 pm). Not big issues, honestly! The room was not unclean, but cleanliness could be tad bit better. The elevators are slow, and one elevator was probably not working at all. This was the second time we stayed and the breakfast was same everyday both times. May be a bit of variety would be welcome.

Parking is terrible. As expensive as a 1 night stay is I would expect a better option. Having to walk to the 3rd floor of a parking garage by stairs with luggage and children is crazy. Much less to pay $21 to do it. Insane. Staff was less than eager to offer guidance. I will definitely book elsewhere come our next broadway visit.

Love this little boutique hotel. My second stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and clean. Parking is good but no elevator to the upper parking levels.
-
Close to Broadway. 2.8km ride to downtown. Clean city.

Staff and hotel was excellent!

This stay was super cute and simple. Very good for the price. We missed breakfast so we didn’t experience but it was a quick bus ride to Broadway and had awesome staff. Would recommend this stay :)

Excellent hotel with modern facilities and outstanding service. The property was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of high-quality options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The main downside was that the room was not cleaned daily and additional towels were not provided unless specifically requested. The location was good, but it was a little too far to comfortably walk to some of the city's main attractions.

It was clean but not kept well, hole in the wall where an outlet was supposed to be. The staff were rude and not helpful. The location for Broadway was poor, not far for walking but not safe. Used needles and several homeless people on the walk to Broadway. We told an Uber back.

No convenient parking had to park 2nd floor of ramp and pay $20 per day for that, advertised a full service bar in the lobby it was closed and not stocked parking in Nashville is insane
