Clean, unique, fun.

Overall it's an ok hotel. After having a difficult check in, the rest of the stay was pleasant with the staff being friendly. The valet staff were amazing and so accommodating. The hotel needs a revamp. The beds are old, the towels old, overall an ok hotel but not worth the price.

Great hotel! The styling and design are beautiful. Rooms are amazing. Solid staff. My new go to when visiting Nashville.

We have a family goal to stay at every one in the country and 2 in UK! 6 down, quite a few to go!

Fun hotel. Very cute and clean. Comfy bed

The hotel has a fun aesthetic, is very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed coffee at the lobby cafe and cocktails at the other locations. We were very disappointed with the tiny pool and $40 a day fee. The pool area was practically empty all three days we were there.

Beautiful property the photos don't do it justice. Would definitely return!

The carpet in the room was terribly wet. I assumed it was cleaned before we came but the room smelled like mold. Like the wetness with the bad smell from the carpet was circulating in the room. I contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to a different room but we were already unpacked as it was late and we didn’t want to switch rooms just for one night. They offered to give us a credit for staying in that room but never got anything. Also, there is a lot of weird people and situations going on around like old guys with escort girls… it was disgusting… on the picture it looks beautifully decorated but it’s pretty used and falling apart…

Loved the fun sassy style of the decor, and ultimate girl kind of hotel
-
The pool isnt part if the stay. Its $100 to reserve a chair and you have a spend minimum. Its not obvious on the website..they have a pic of a pool with no mention. Bottle of water was $6.50 and it costs $55 to park my car. Staff was nice but I cant recommend it

Exceptional
-
Parking was 75.00 per night to park, this is a little high for where the lot was located. Room was nice . Elevator key almost never worked, pool very small
-
Customer service at the front desk was rude and the restaurant White Limozen upstairs is overworked and the food was terrible
-
Beautiful hotel close to Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. Walkable restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere and vibe Would definitely return on another Nashville trip
-
It would make a great stay for a girl’s trip. It’s family “friendly” but if we go back with kids I would choose a different place. I wish we would have known upfront that the pool is not freely accessible, even just to walk out to.
-
It was mentioned the pool was a part of the amenities. However it was not part of the hotel and cost 100 for a daybed each day. It wasn’t ideal when it gets booked out so quickly
-
The hotel was super cute and the staff was friendly and helpful.
