Only complaints expensive valet parking which seems to be the norm in Nashville and no stay over service for multiple nights. We had to call to get fresh towels and coffee packs. Still would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a nice clean room. And the location was close to everything from the airport to the party strip on broadway.

Couldn’t check in until late night. Room mix up but after it was sorted everything was very nice. Perfect location.

The hotel was ok - it’s very new so clean and the lobby is pretty but it’s better to stay at the other location - tempo downtown (although the front desk there - guy named John was miserable too - this midtown location was out of the way and it’s not walkable to anything really - the front staff were not the most friendliest and not really helpful - I don’t think I would recommend this hotel

I’m super super picky about hotels and this is now one of my top fav hotels. It was super super clean, very comfortable and staff was so nice and helpful. I will be staying again: it was also aesthetically pleasing.

Only negative comments I have would be no microwave or drawers to put your belongings. Otherwise this hotel was perfect the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Quiet, fresh, elegant, contemporary. Attention to quality. They knew my name, welcomed me back. This is my go to hotel in Midtown Nashville.

Left clothing in the room and the cleaning staff stole it. I’ve called 4 times and they never call back regarding the missing item

Great value for the price. I wish I could offer any room for improvement for this enterprise--my feeling is the staff would welcome it--but can't find any. It'll be my go-to hotel in that part of Nashville.
