Very nice hotel! Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Very nice breakfast in the mornings and beautiful outside pool! My man and I came to stay at this hotel for a concert downtown Bridgestone arena. They did provide shuttle service but just didn't know when it will arrive so we took a Uber. One thing I didn't like was the parking arrangement.

Good stuff

We were in town for the brain surgery of a family member. The hospital was not as close to us as advertised. This was a very serious surgery so we did not make it to the hotel until 7ish on August 20th. There was no parking so we pulled into a small lot on the side to go in & speak to the front desk. Then a valet came up and said if the front desk was busy & we were more than 20 minutes that there would be a $50 fine. The parking attendant then said it was $59 to park & $47 to park the next day. We honestly just cancelled both nights because of the parking situation & it was the last thing we needed to deal with.

The front desk staff was wonderful!

The room, esp. the large spacious shower was amazing, and the fitness center was almost a full gym, very clean and well kept! Didn't experience the pool..water was a little murky but saw other people enjoying it. Overall, a very good value for the money and would definitely stay there again!

Nice service and friendly atmosphere

This hotel was excellent! Fresh and modern lobby and breakfast area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet for being downtown. The only bummer was that the area shuttle that was mentioned on hotels.com that was complimentary within 2 miles was in actuality only available to go to a single destination downtown. We were planning to utilize it to go to Belmont Univ and back, so we had to pay to Uber multiple times instead.

Great hotel with awesome staff. Very friendly and loved that they offer a shuttle to downtown. Would stay again!

Rooms were clean. Good distance from broadway/downtown. Staff was not very helpful or friendly at all. There was a shuttle that takes you to Broadway but staff does not tell you about this.

Front staff is rude

The only reason I would never come back is the parking issues. No free parking

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only available parking is valet at $54 a night, which I find to be a bit extreme. Fortunately, I was able to find an overnight lot less than a block away from the hotel for $24 a day. I got a full 48 hours for $4 now than what I would have paid for 24 hours at the hotels valet. The pool was wonderful, but it's on the third floor roof and there is no shade. I was burning my thighs on the chairs and my feet on the ground to an almost unbearable degree. I also had nowhere to put my phone to get it out of the heat, risking damage to the device. A few umbrellas would make all the difference. Other than that, or stay was perfect. I definitely plan on returning to this location in the future when I'm in Nashville.

The property was very clean. The rooms were really nice and the hotel staff was very friendly. They also provided you a shuttle that brought you to Broadway. I wish the shuttle ran a little bit later cut off times were kind of early and the other issue was that there are different holiday ends and the shuttle stopped at each one of them and it only fits 12 people so it would be nice if they had a shuttle for each holiday and location

The free breakfast was good, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. When booking it could have been a little more upfront about a couple of things. First of all I booked through booking.com and there was no mention of the fact that A) there was a $150 incidental deposit and B) my options for parking were to pay $54 per day for valet or take my chances and park in the street.

Best beds ever and I know this is odd but even the height of the toliets were great !

Close to downtown great breakfast and the staff was awesome. We used the valet parking and those guys were the best. Check in day it was pouring rain first time there and truly we not given directions. We didn’t know how the elevators where the pool was located on the third floor thanks to the very gentleman working at the front. I know Saturday was busy as first time they should gave us more information. Especially when it came to the elevator.

Very good

Excellent breakfast and valet parking attendance were fantastic

Our room smelled like wet towels & wet dogs! We booked two rooms next to each other. That didn't happen. Ended on separate floors. We got raped on parking fees & other hidden fees when checking in. Never again at this Holiday inn!
