Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville West End - Univ Area by IHG

We were very impressed with the layout of the lobby and breakfast area. It is a distance to the elevators is the only negative for older people.

Very nice rooms and foyer and breakfast area. Clean and modern. I especially appreciate the single serve coffee machines, and real-door bathrooms.

Staff was amazing, property well kept and clean. Loved the included shuttle to Downtown Nashville 10/10. I felt very welcome here.

The hotel and the room were nice and clean and did the job. The only issue I have is the $54/night valet. There is no self parking option. Thankfully I’d already checked that and got parking across the street for cheaper, but if you don’t check, that could be very costly.

The only options for onsite parking is the valet and that was not clearly stated prior. The door for our room also didn’t close properly so we had to always shove it to get it shut

Great breakfast

The cost is greatly exaggerated… there is an added charge for “amenities” and parking is terrible and requires the valet… at $60 per day plus tip! So although the property is nice and clean, the cost per night is much higher than advertised.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was really good, especially the pancake maker. It is difficult to find good breakfast these days in many hotels

I stayed here to be in close proximity to TriStar Centennial Hospital husband was having Quadruple Bypass Grafting. Being a female that's never lived in a major metropolitan city nor traveled multiple days alone this hotel's accommodations, cleanliness and over all hospitality of Front Desk Agent's to Valet's were top notch. Would highly recommend this Hotel to Everyone you want be disappointed!!

They offer a free shuttle downtown, but that is difficult to use especially on the return trip. Uber was easier!

This HOTEL was great. Only thing is theirs NO PARKING! ONLY VALET PARKING FOR $54 per night I believe which I didn’t see while booking it. Other than that great, very clean and nice room, staff was very nice and helpful, all was great. Definitely will be back. 10/10

Clean room good breakfast but no on site parking. Big factor in me making sure I review more before I book.

The pool was very hazy which is gross. The food was unexpectedly good for breakfast which was nice. Not a fan of the valet prices. Would like to park my own car and have access to it when I need to get things out. Overall not a bad place for the price point.

Free shuttle to broadway, Good value for money, clean and breakfast was a bonus Nothing - I think people who come for broadway might want to be closer but there is a free shuttle

Nothing The parking was so bad. No where to park. Staff was not very helpful when asked about the parking. Location of the hotel was not in a very good part of town. We cancelled our stay before we even checked in.
