Hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately they didn’t mention ahead of time that their parking lot was run by a third party company cost $140 for the weekend.
-
Very good
-
Rooms had cold ac, and was cleaned well Having to pay $83 to park on lot when I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights and spent over $800 at this hotel for 2 nights

Disappointing

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the elevators was broken and the other was very slow so walking to the fifth floor was the better option. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this property. Good value for the quality.

Really enjoyed the stay just wish it was on different circumstance. I really DID NOT like the idea of paying to park on property .It wasn’t gated and vehicles still could have been broken into.

Good Every thing good

Air ventilation at check-in was good. Once you get to the elevators, no air on elevators nor on the floor I stayed on. Confirmed with other guests that their floor was the same. Staff act as if you were bothering them when asking questions. I requested a lower level floor room when I booked, and was out on the seventh floor. I asked to be moved and was told they are all booked. One of the employees was in line to get breakfast before the guests. Cleanliness of the hotel was not well. The area of the hotel was the best feature of the stay.

Also, I did not park in the hotel lot so when the hotel was unable to get my room corrected, I went and got my car to pick up my daughter and get our stuff to check out and move hotels. When we got back done to the car they put a parking invoice on my windshield. Would not book there again

Room was clean and AC worked well Front desk staff was rude. When we checked out at 5am the person who came from the back office was barefoot and loudly on the phone. They tried charging me for 2 stays after failing to update my dates on the first one. The front desk staff when we first arrived were very unprofessional and talked about us in front of us saying “as long as we get paid I don’t care” talking about the room mix up. The hotel had 2 elevators with one always being down and the only one up taking 5 minutes to work. The hallways were constantly dirty.

Free parking, nice size pool with plenty of space, friendly staff. Bathrooms were very dated in need of a deep cleaning or complete makeover. Loose tiles, grimy bathtubs, and dirty grout. Holes in the walls where dispensers once were attached. Elevators inoperable.
-
Elevator was broken and we were on 7th floor. We were not offered any discount for the inconvenience.

It’s too bad this place is so unkempt because the location is perfect for me to visit frequently. The staff is extremely rude and could care less about customer service. I walked in one night and said hi to the front desk staff and they didn’t say anything looked at each other and laughed. My room had water damage near the window. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of wood. The shower had extensive mold that they attempted to cover up with caulk. The conditioner space in the shower had body lotion. This the first and last visit to this hotel.

Elevator was in and out of operation. One elevator was not in operation at all for the first two days of our stay, they did not seem inclined to fix that one until the other failed, which is probably because they knew at that point it became a fire/legal concern. Had to walk up to the 7th floor while elevators were out of service, which was miserable considering how hot it was and that the AC did not seem to work well outside of our room. Front desk staff were also not very friendly when we checked in. They will not hold your luggage but the much nicer hotel across the street will for free! The room was clean and comfortable but I would not stay at this location again.

We checked in on a Tuesday, they didn't clean our room until Friday. We had to ask multiple times for towels and toilet paper. There were 2 elevators, I didn't work til friday, and there other didn't work on Wednesday am, it was fixed later that day. The breakfast was terrible. We asked several times for pool towels but they were never brought out. One reclining chair was broken in the pool area. The pool was pretty dirty, lots of dead bugs floating on top. The bedroom was roomy and pretty nice but the bed was hard. Overall pretty disappointed!

This was our first time staying here, and we were a bit disappointed. When we walked in the receptionist looked miserable and did not let us know any information regarding pool or check out. We were told that parking is $100 per night. Definitely not worth it. We went up to the room and while heading up the elevator goes out of service and smells nothing but cigarette smoke. When we got to our room, it was a very big space but there were stains EVERYWHERE. In the shower, the bathroom, the room. Every corner you see there were stains of rust. I noticed that our amenities also weren’t filled to the top and also one of the shower amenities was broken. I wouldn’t stay here again. And for the rate I paid? Way too expensive. The breakfast is mid. Not all that but people are disgusting, they do not cover there mouths while sneezing or coughing.

Not very clean. Beds are awful. Paying to park at the place you rent is ridiculous. I won’t stay there again.

I booked through a hotel site, was quoted a price. We had a late booking, to which we called ahead to notify the front desk. When arrived was over charged by $120.00 over the agreed price. I have confirmation number. The Hotel seems not the cleanest. Had issues with the bathtub, standing water. Notified from desk, they said they would send someone to fix it. Nobody ever showed. Ask on my reservation for a king size bed, got 2 queens. The front desk Maria, said that's what I get for booking through a Hotel website. Never AGAIN.
