The shower water pressure was pretty low. And unfortunately there was a water outage one night of our stay but it was not at all disruptive and they made sure to notify guests.

Location was very walkable to Lower Broadway, Bridgestone Arena etc. Short car ride to 12 South, The Gulch and BNA. I found it a bit odd that the front desk didn't know what 12 South was as its a main destination for tourists and locals alike and only a few miles away. Would book again for a short stay but just do your own research and not rely on front desk to ask questions about Nashville.

The staff and the room were excellent. Location to most attractions is good. Had a great stay. One star taken off for not providing me with the itemized invoice at the end of my stay. They said it would be Emailed to me but I still have not received.
