Reviews
-
A very pleasant stay. Very comfortable!
-
The hot was was mot on from the beginning of our trip on June 25th to June 27th. No fault of the hotel but a very horrible inconvenience.
-
Clean rooms with all amenities. The only real negative was the parking. Over $80 is way too pricey. Even self park was $60.
-
No water in hotel for the first day and no hot water for the second day and a part of the third day.
-
Was very clean and modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of attractions
-
No water and no estimate on when repairs would be completed. Had to transfer hotels to one that cost several hundred dollars more.
-
The hotel was awesome the only issue I had was the over 700 dollars of hold they put on my account for a 275 dollar room
-
My family and I loved this hotel! We loved the fact that we could walk downtown to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum only two blocks down! We also enjoyed the pool! It was so nice but yet quiet and relaxing. I encourage you to stay here if you are wanting to walk downtown and tour Nashville!

We we’re supposed to stay with a couple of my other friends for a big birthday when we realized we accidentally chose a different hotel. We actually were very happy. We chose this location, cause it was close to Martin’s barbecue and Mexican restaurant down the street. the staff was very nice extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. TORI and JONI? We’re great always had a smile on their face and we always had laughed when we walked into the main area. They told us some speakeasies and great places to eat and weee helpful. When we got there are toilet paper roll was broken and hanging off the wall and we told him in the next couple hours we came back and was fixed so that was great customer service and very efficient. We appreciated that Marley the blonde bartender at the bar was super friendly and we had the egg bacon/sausage sandwiches for breakfast at the Bodega which were delicious, with potatoes. Definitely a great experience and we will definitely come back to this location due to the friendly staff and delicious food!

Found a hair in towel. Pillows smelled gross.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
-
Location was the best - able to walk or a quick Uber ride to everything. Breakfast was amazing. You’re able to check out records and a player for your room. Garrett at the front desk isperfect and very knowledgeable. We were in town for a birthday celebration.
-
Great staff, clean rooms, easy access to several different venues in Nashville.
-
Great bar to have a drink and stumble upstairs to the room. Just a short walk to the madness of the strip and some fantastic venues
-
Great experience

Parking was horrendous the valet parked vehicles that were not handicap vehicles in the handicap spots and those of us that were handicap. Couldn’t find a place to park after paying $118.50 for two nights to park when I told him there were vehicles in those spots that’s when Ithat we’re not handicap vehicles in the handicap spots and those of us that were handicap. Couldn’t find a place to park after paying $118.50 for two nights to park when I told him there were vehicles in those spots that’s when I found out the valet park them there because they were big.
