Over all very clean facility and comfortable bed.

Room refrigerator not working properly. Parking had small spaces, no garbage in room. Breakfast was good.

We found this hotel to be the best stay for Nashville. Only 8 min walk from Broadway ( close enough to walk but far enough from the noise) and only 5 min walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The breakfast selection was the best I have ever seen, and the free coffee and ICE COFFEE all day is an added bonus! Pool was also very clean, and the maids were great! 10/10 would stay here again

Hotel was perfect location for our girls weekend in Nashville. Very clean, excellent breakfast and fantastic hot showers! We will b back for sure.

Went for a quick two night stay to enjoy a few fine dining restaurants and the Shiners show prior to heading to nascar race. The hotel was in a perfect area, just far enough from the Broadway crowds and noise but close enough to walk there. The hotel was well kept and you felt safe. The front entrance was locked at 8 pm and you used your room key to enter as well as the elevator to your floor. The breakfast offered day had an array of choices that were fresh and would fulfill any guests preferences. The rooms were updated and comfortable.

There were so many breakfast options it is wonderful and the pool was nice and relaxing! The shower leaked a bit, but nothing some towels couldn't handle. I would recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was good staff was nic The pool was closed due to rain. Bummed the kids out. Sky water or pool water they both get you wet not sure why it stayed closed there wasn’t any lightning

When booked nothing mentioned having to pay for parking at the hotel parking, was like $32 per night
