Great great location, near to...

amazing hotel! will most definitely stay here again, only thing i would stay in a room on the inner side of the hotel, the rooms close to the street you hear all the noise outside. Great short walking distance to Bridgestone & Broadway. Staff was super friendly. Hotel was very clean, amazing breakfeast. Absolutely loved our stay

Everyone so sweet. Very clean and confront was great especially the pillow lol. Best breakfast bar in any hotels I've stayed in.

We loved how close it was to broad way and bridge stone arena. We were not able to check into our room are the time we were told it was going to be available. We still were not able to check in at the time it was suppose to be 100 percent available at 4:00 pm. We got nothing but the run around from different staff each time we spoke to someone until we spoke to a gentleman not sure his name at the front desk and he tried to get things done as fast as he could. We were not granted access until after 4:40 leaving us 20 minutes to get ready and leave for our event we had tickets for. Really frustrating when we had been sitting in your lobby at 2 and guest kept coming in and getting there rooms and no one could explain why our room wasen't ready. Then Sunday we came down for breakfast and asked at the service desk if we could leave our car in the parking garage later because we had reservations at 1:30 for a riverboat cruise the young lady said yes that wont be a problem. We went to enjoy the pool before we had to check out and it was closed. We called the front desk and they couldn't tell us anything. Said they would contact maintaince and see what was going on and give us a call back. we called at 9 and at 10:40 when we got ready to check out we still haden't heard back from anyone. We went to check out at the front desk and they told us we would need to remove outr car from the garage since we were checking out. I told them thats not what we were told earlier that morning by the front desk clerk. We removed our car and had to go pay for parking at another lot down town costing us $ 63.00. Our stay at this hotel was not a good one.

The location is excellent — you can walk to Broadway in Tennessee where the Honky Tonks are, and many attractions are within walking distance. It's a safe, family-friendly place. The hotel is very clean and the service is great. Breakfast is included and one of the best I've had! There are plenty of elevators, and they change the sheets and clean the rooms daily. I didn't use the parking, but be careful — they charge a daily fee. It's better to use Uber; it ends up being more economical, especially since you can walk to most of the attractions Nothing
