We booked this room months in advanced before our stay with 6 people. On the day of our first night, I got a call asking if we were still planning on coming. I said yes and that we would be there an hour after their check in time. They then asked if we needed both rooms…I explained that we 6 people in our party. We arrive and I was asked again if we needed both rooms. I said yes, since they didn’t have sleeper sofas in their rooms ( or at least the ones that were offered to us). The front desk employee seemed annoyed and started making comments about us using Expedia (a third party booking site). They put our group on two different floors, which is fine but we did ask if they had any availability to put our groups on the same floor. They said “not for this night” since they were booking out for a concert and that was why they were asking if we needed both rooms. I get being busy but I prepaid for my rooms and they made it seem like they were going to get rid of one of my rooms. The hotel itself was decent but I am worried that if I didn’t pick up their call the first time, they would have given up my rooms or one of them.

This was the perfect hotel, as it is close to everything in the city and the convention center. My room was ready early at 1:00 PM; the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay here again!

The Restaurant and Bar Staff are some of the friendliest you'll find.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. No breakfast. When I booked the hotel it said we were half a mile from our destination but it was a mile. Which made walking to the venue harder for me due to disabilities.

I arrived at around 12:30pm Friday and left at 10:30AM Sunday and never saw a cleaning service. Needed bath cloths etc.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Parking was ridiculously overpriced.

The attention to detail in the hotel was incredible. We loved the unique wall art, the aesthetic, everything was beautiful. We literally took pictures of the hallways for decoration inspo! Cookies available 24/7! We got back late from a concert and the cookie/water station was closed

A few things, however, didn’t match what I thought I was booking. The rooftop pool is more of a small sitting or dipping pool. There is a much larger pool directly beside it that appears to belong to another building, which made the photos a little confusing. The pool itself was open, but the rooftop bar is only open Thursday through Saturday. I also thought there was a rooftop restaurant connected to the pool area, but the restaurant is actually downstairs. I was also disappointed with the room-service presentation. The photos suggested traditional room service served on a tray with real plates, but my food arrived upstairs in a takeout bag. After paying a service fee and a 20% tip—and purposely choosing room service instead of DoorDash—that was frustrating. However, the food itself was absolutely fantastic. These were small things that got on my nerves, but they did affect the experience because I specifically booked the hotel with those amenities in mind. That said, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, the food, the location, and the incredible customer service. We still had an amazing stay overall.
