Great clean room breakfast was great

Lovely continential breakfast. And very friendly folks on the desk. Bus people and valet were also always smiling and helpful.

Location was excellent! Overall experience was wonderful!

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the last few times, service has been going downhill. No room cleaning until a knock on the door late afternoon following the second night. By that time, we just requested clean towels and called it a day. The only other lacking was formerly coffee was available all day. On Sunday, after attending the Alan Jackson till after midnight, we slept in. Coffee was all closed up by noon. Otherwise I would probably stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Nashville again.

Nice location

I booked this hotel on hotels.com. I paid through hotels.com. You all didn’t give the Hyatt their money so they charged me an additional 242.53 and I am now out 242.53 for at least 5 business days. You all need to do better

Staff is very professional and greets you properly upon entering. Elevators were excessively hot, and require a room key to get to any floor but the lobby. Nice security feature. The hallway to our room was also excessively hot and not comfortable. The main floor halls were cool though. The room is designed nicely. I had a king suite with a great view. The doors for the shower and the bathroom door just want to roll to the right. Room has a mini fridge. Ours did not cool well but I was only putting water bottles in so no biggie unless you had food. The bed is very comfortable along with pillows. The room was quite I could not hear hall traffic or neighbors. The Bar down in lobby area was very nice. Experienced staff. They also have one of the best complimentary breakfast I've had, and I've had many. They also can make you food throughout the day if you dont feel like going out. Parking is expensive but in all fairness it's downtown Nashville. I have an oversized vehicle which I had to park across the street for $90 a day. I think they should offer discounted parking for guest or just include this in your room price so it's not a surprise. Overall 4 out 5. Hope this helps

Clean hotel in an even better location. I wasn’t much of a fan of the breakfast but no biggie at all. The place is in walking distance of great food!

The Buffet breakfast was Great!! Plenty to choose from. Fantastic work out facility and decent pool.. Overall i want to give this place a 12 out of 10 rating !!! It was just perfect from price to amenities to location it was great. However for me there was one major hiccup. The bathroom shower had almost zero water pressure. The bathroom sink was like a garden hose, so kinda wierd. I notified staff who said the would notify engineering in which I never heard anything back nor was the shower fixed. I don't know about you but a Great shower is one the most important things in a room for me. But again---- Everything else was Absolutely Excellent !!!

Great location!! 2 blocks from Broadway, restaurants and bars. Everything at your leisure! Will absolutely stay here again. We had a great time!

We put a sign not to clean room. But they cleaned room and they threw away all the food that we just ordered that was on top of the counter. They were supposed to refund or give us food but never did

Great property amazing breakfast buffet

Very close to 5th and Broadway and all of the shops local restaurants. The breakfast was good but you could tell some of the items were microwaved or box mixed. The staff were very friendly and it was so easy to check in and out.

Front desk staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were efficient and polite.
