Only on elevator for five floors and cleaners

Our room smelled awful. I had headache for 3 days. And we had 2 days of no one coming to clean our room. One day, they only have us 1 one wash cloth. I had to keep asking for more.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Rooms have been updated but hotel is older. Overall good value for the cost. We will stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. Hot breakfast was good and front desk staff very attentive.

Would recommend a slight variation for breakfast.

Young lady with beautiful black hair that took care of the breakfast food and drink was exemplary and made sure food and drink was stocked well even when it was very busy in the morning.

The hotel is good. The bed was comfortable, tv worked good, the stafff was very efficient and kind.

Room was great, air conditioning was a little off but okay. There needed to be more light in the bedroom though. TV kept freezing up, but all in all it was a great room....very spacious!

Good location, nice staff and good value for the stay. Shower also works better than expected, great water pressure. The room had a lot of humidity, it wasn’t moldy, but it was a little uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either.

Our room was cool but was very damp. It made sleeping uncomfortable.

Staff was accommodating room clean and breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Enjoyed very much

Very close to the mall, hotel was very clean this was my second visit.
