The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to both town and the beach. It was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Honestly, for the value, there is nothing that I would change.

The property was in a great location, was super clean, and had the most kind and helpful staff! The owner Cortsos (hopefully I'm not butchering that) was awesome. We would 10/10 stay here again and hope to in the future. ?

Clean. comfortable bed It was extremely noisy and zero soundproof. You could even hear the spoons from the breakfast two floors down. Insane. Don’t even have to mention the noise from the cleaning crew. Forget it to sleep after 7am when the day starts. It wasn’t holidays, it felt like a job.

The staff were great and the room and property were very clean. The location is unsatisfactory with an unpleasant and dangerous walk to and from.

Costas greeted us and made us feel at home. He spent so much of his time talking to us about places to go and making sure all our accommodations were met. I would stay here over and over again

Fantastic overall stay. Great staff who gave us a very detailed rundown of everything to do in Naxos. Very cute honeymoon suite, with a fantastic balcony and tube. Close enough to the main town to walk to very nice dinners but far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Location and staff

It was very clean, they cleaned our room every day and the stuff was very helpful. It was a quiet location, a bit further from the center and there was now view from the room.

Super cute spot! The staff is amazing and their showers were phenomenal! This is not about the property, but it’s around a 20 minute walk into the heart of downtown and there aren’t any sidewalks.

Roads leading to the hotel is really bad for pedestrians

Other than the lady @ reception who checked us in not much. Where do I start. The hotel driveway is a shared driveway with a beer distributor. We had to wait in our taxi while they loaded a truck upon arrival. The hotel is surrounded by a farm with a produce shack. Once we finally arrived we were shown our room which was a rooftop unit with a “hot tub”. The “hot tub” was simply a jetted tub that was empty. There was also a power line that basically ran over one corner of the balcony. We never stayed @ the hotel as we booked a room at a hotel on the beach the day we arrived. Not sure how this hotel was ranked as high as it was on TripAdvisor. It’s a 5 @ best.

Great place to stay and the staff super kind Walkable from the center except the last 100-200 meters (where you have to walk next to cars), I would also say the pictures are a bit misleading, maybe they only represent the honey moon suites.

This was my favorite place that I stayed at during my trip to Greece! The room felt so spacious, light, and luxurious—somewhere I wanted to spend extra time to rest. There was such attention to detail—folded towels, Twix bars and water, Molton Brown amenities. Katerina was helpful and I really appreciate them being accommodating. One thing to note is that the walk to the Temple of Apollo is >30 minutes. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car or don’t mind the walk, but if I was traveling with older adults or children this might be a consideration.

Amazing and responsive staff that goes the extra mile to assist and make you feel welcome. The breakfast options were outstanding and one of the better ones we've experienced in Greece. The room was great with modern touches including the bathroom. Not about the hotel, but there is no sidewalk on the main road leading to the hotel, so you'll have to just be cautious if you're walking out to town.
