Everything was perfect

It was a great location to the port. Can easily walk with your luggage to catch a ferry to the Islands. The front desk lady was super nice and let us keep our bags at hotel until we wanted to go to the port. An excellent authentic Greek restaurant across the street.

Location was great, especially if you do not have a car. We were 7 women and it was very comfortable. Need some facilities upgrades. The curtains were old with holes. The curtain rod was just a piece of wood, everytime that were trying to open the curtains it was feeling down. The mosquito net was broken.

location is quite near to ferry port (5mins by car). walkable from port to hotel but may be challenging if with heavy luggage. short walk to main street and shops, supermarket nearby, a small swimming pool on the main building. helpful staff. overall nice place to stay.

Location was only a 15-18 minute walk to the restaurants at the port. The Merlot apartment we had was spacious and clean, large enough for our family. The pool was not in use, they were filling it the day we arrived. Not enough chairs for our group to sit on the rooftop terrace.

AC was not working, people were supposed to come fix it, but they didnt! We only stayed there 2 nights so it wasnt as bad, but still could be an issue!

The location was perfect. The place was big enough for all of us. The service was impeccable. We received the most amazing breakfast. Very clean. The staff was so hospitable. Loved everything. Nothing. Everything was perfect

Great service. The location was good..5 minutes from the port, restaurants and all the shops. Bus stop just outside, which takes you around the island.

Bathroom is a bit difficult to get in and out of. Doors should have opened the other way.

This was a great place for our family to stay in Naxos. It’s in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes walk from the bustling downtown. The room was ideal for our family of four, and the plunge pool on the roof was perfect for my kids to cool off in during the hottest points of the afternoon. The only thing this hotel was missing was some kind of shade on the rooftop - an umbrella or two would be an easy fix.

Great welcome and very responsive staff. Walking distance to town. Beautiful decor and great shower pressure. Pool was clean. Breakfast served to your room every morning with a big smile. Didn’t have much of a great view from our balcony as we were street level. No on site parking but a public parking not too far away.

Convenient location in Naxos town and it also had spool on the roof When you messaged them it took a while for them to answer

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel—just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the port. Our room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a small kitchen and a private balcony. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast delivered to our room each morning on the balcony, which made for a relaxing start to the day. The rooftop terrace and pool provided nice views of Naxos. Our hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and cute villages to explore. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would absolutely stay here again!

They offered to take us to the airport. They have laundry service, dropped off our laundry in the morning, and were delivered back in the room early in the evening. And it is so close to town and port. We walked everywhere to restaurants and stores. The supermarket is across the street. Thanks again, Naxos Gren village team! Nothing really. Just the little bugs flying outside the room.

That we had to leave

The property is spacious, very modern with a touch of class. Close to main town Chora, a 15 minute walk. Very quiet and Evi was attentive to your needs.

Great location and close to everything. It was an easy and pleasant walk to the town. The apartment is located in a quiet area which was good to relax. I have no complaints about anything.
