Good location, market, restaurants and airport are near by They didn't provide room service. After requesting too they didn't clean the room during our entire 3 days stay. The intercom wasn't working. On reporting regarding this too they didn't rectify it. No drinking water was provided after frequent requests too. No bathroom supplies like towels and dental kit were given. Only one time a small soap bar and a sachet of shampoo was given. And they charged an extra 500 per day for the AC room. Management is pathetic. Maybe they are getting a booking because it is in a good location. Otherwise other hotels provide much much better service than this in less charges.

Location I have made a booking for 2 occupancy which in 1 or 2nd floor and there is no lift facility, as I was there with my son which he could not climb. Without cancellation they had give me a bigger room which I ground they changed extra amount for it. It was so noisy

The facilities are not bad however put some items like brush, toothpaste etc.. The toilet needs to clean a bit

No blankets were available, the staff said this after I have checked in and done the payment. And I have paid more than the amount shown in the app. They said it is the GST. Only one soap was provided, no shelf was there to keep me clothes. Very poor.
