We liked the big space of the apartment, its tidyness and daily cleaning, the kindness of the staff, especially the sea view and sea proximity. All facilities were close, but in the meantime we could spend quality time, without noise or other problems. Very clever and easy acces to the room! We really have nothing bad to say about this location. We felt very confortable

Perfect location with direct access to the beach and in quite place far enough from the noisy nights of Sunny Beach. The 2 bedroom apartment is nice and big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids, the cleaning services every day included in the rent is very appreciated. The personal of Marty’s is very helpful and friendly we enjoyed very much our stay and we want to come back. Wifi is a little bit limited but we didn’t needed much and Alexa is not properly working but that was not a problem for us. Kitchen utensils are a bit limited too.

Reception was perfect; helpful, responsive. Location is top, perfect for family. -

Location was perfect and the staff was very helpful. It is one of the best accomodation for Family vacation. My wife was very happy with the everday cleaning service. It would be better to have a decent laundry dry rack with cloths pins to dry swimming cloths on the terrace. Shower curtain is also necessary.

very good location at the end of promenade close to all fun but quiet. well equipped apartment. very helpful host/reception. clean not busy swimming pool. beach in front with sunbeds, umbrellas breakfast could improved. it is served in hotel restaurant in neighbourhood. there is no catering facility in the building as it is apartments. bedroom window is at the street side but not much noise

Everything since we arrived was exceptionally,the lady housekeeper Magie and her colleagues helped us with the luggage,receptionist was so nice,polite and d friendly,the apartment…well no words ,you feel your self like you are at home,if we decide to go back to Sunny Beach we definitely will book same apartment.The apartment it’s made with think of home, comfort and coziness!!! Admiration to Marty and her staff!!!

The location is great- next to the beach. The place it’s super clean. All rooms have nice sea views and balcony. The staff was excellent and supportive. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s perfect for large or small groups. Nothing I can think of. Our stay was perfect

The terrace and the pool Walls dirty, in the room and in the common arreas, smell of food, incredibly old A/C units, old bad sheets, dirty curtains.

The place is really beautiful and it was our absolute pleasure to stay at Marty's smart apartments. The apartment was full of tech gadgets including Alexa, smart charging bedside table, remote controlled curtains, lighting, door code locking system etc. the kitchen was fully equipped. There was a lavazza capsules coffee machine and instant coffee etc available too. the apartment was daily cleaned and we were given fresh towels every day too. The hosts were really nice, welcoming and positive. They worked with pleasure and always wanted to assure we are having the best time. The location of the flat is great too. The building is on the beach. There is swimming pool with sun beds, changing rooms etc. there is a luxury beach managed by a different owner and it's really nice. It costed 10 leva per person for a sun-bed and 10 leva for the umbrella. There are a few supermarkets around that have variety of food options. There was also pastry shop nearby and a few restaurants where we had lunch. In order to get to the centre of sunny beach we were taking the bus that was passing by every 15 mins and costed 2 leva per head. It takes around 7 mins by bus to get to the centre. On the way back we were walking via the beach allay. Overall excellent experience! We will be returning soon!!!

Right beside Beach. Friendly staff. Clean towels and toilet rolls everyday, bedding every 3 days . Decent balcony with good sea view. Quieter location. Wifi and good TV. Bottle of wine and fruit on arrival. Keyless front door (smart lock). Safe provided. No blackout blinds. No toaster. No can opener No bottle opener No corkscrew. Only 1 pan and 1 pot. No pads for sun loungers. No washing machine. All of the above should be provided at this price point €1900/14 nights. Advertised as smart apartment but only smart device was front door lock. Issue with apartment owner and booking.com which resulted in confusion and card attempted to be charged twice after check in. Spoke with owner of apartments who assured me all was OK and no charges would be duplicated.

Well-equipped accommodation, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is kind. We got what we expected. Some of the Smart Home functions were not set, but we were able to listen to music very well. The sea is very close and there were not many tourists. The pool is also great. One of our terraces belonging to our apartmant, the railings are too rare for a small child to be outside alone, but this probably only applies to our apartment. But otherwise, it's kid-friendly.

The view is amazing, great terrace. The staff are very helpful and really nice lady at reception. The bed was very comfy. Shower HEAD nice. Dual socket USB charging extension very useful to people from the UK. Location is good maybe 15/20 minute walk to the main nightlife area. Felt very safe. Door system with passcodes very good. Close to shops Sofa bed covered in stains Shampoo in shower never had any shampoo The plug in the shower must be blocked as you can only shower for 4 minutes until the water overflows and floods the bathroom.
