Helena Sands Hotel

The room was big egnouh, very clean, and the staff was always helpful. The beach is right next to the hotel and is clean. Even though our room was close to the lift we didn't get disturbed by any noises. The view grom the room was amazing. The food was very nice and fresh with a lot of options. We will visit again for sure. I dont know if their pool was supose to be heated, but the water was a bit cold. Also wherever I been to a hotel with half board, drinks where included for dinner also. Here you get only one drink per person for dinner. I think is fair enough to have at least the non alcoholic drinks included with your dinner, or at least water how much you want. Rest everything was amazing.

The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, the view from the rooms with sea view is absolutely amazing, the pool area is fantastic. I can highly recommend this gorgeous gem on the beautiful Black Sea!

Everything about this Hotel is excellent! Location, luxury, food, services, class, art and much more, if you visit it once you will always go back to it!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, breakfast and dinner menu at a 5-star level. The location looks even better in reality than in the pictures. Lack of staff in the indoor pool area and no pool bar; the quality of the hair dryer is only at a 2-star level; it is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel not to provide an in-room coffee-making option, yet to place a bag of peanuts with a printed note saying ‘not free’. “For a ‘5-star hotel with a private beach’, it would be expected to have enough complimentary sunbeds. Unfortunately, there were not enough free ones available, while many of the paid sunbeds remained unoccupied.

The rooms are clean, the restaurant is excellent, and the overall locations os good the umbrellas / sunbeds seems to be insufficient for the number of guests, and this creates some tensions on the beach.

It is probably the best hotel in Sunny beach. Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room and bathroom was a bit outdated - separate beds connected together, no king size beds. The swimming pool could be cleaner, breakfast was very good, dinner options okay.

The location, the pool, the view, the restaurant If you went to the beach after 9:30, there were no complimentary sunbeds left, the restaurant didn’t give at least water, there was loud music until 12AM one night

I’ve stayed in various nice places across the world and I was impressed by how exceptional my experience was, starting from the stuff, to the amazing variety of food. Everyone was professional , friendly and accommodating. Definitely will come back Hopefully next time we can have rooms with full sea views ?

Beautiful beach, gorgeous view, convenient location, excellent food, very clean and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend it.

- Breakfast and dinner were excellent - Staff was very good (except non Bulgarian speaking staff in the restaurant) - Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice sea view - Beach and main street is across but it was not loud at all - Hotel told us there is a charging station for electric vehicles in the hotel's garage. Therefore, I brought the cable for charging at a charging station. No charging station, only standard wall-mounted sockets. To the hotel management - Fire Hazard! please be aware that if 4-5 electric vehicles start charging at the same time for longer period, it may cause fire! - In our room there was a very annoying buzzing sound which came from the electrical breaker box. Called the reception, some random guy showed up, said it's normal. No, it's not normal. Again, Fire Hazard! - All in all, it seems that the whole electrical system of the hotel needs updating - Good luck at getting a sunbed at the beach! No chance! There is a free area but it is for both Helena Sands and Helena Park and additionally anyone external can also use the sunbeds for a fee. The guys that collect the fees are extremely shady and rude and do not provide any form of identification or receipt for the paid service. A month ago in Greece, the hotel had a private beach and sunbeds were by default locked and only unlocked when you show that you are part of the hotel.

The cocktail in the lobby lol was really bad, but the staff was very friendly.

The location was great, it had easy beach access. The food buffet, breakfast and dinner was extraordinary mine was included in the price. Parking was good although I paid per day.

very good food and fresh food - The suite was without a good view and the furniture is very old(degradated conditions) - you need to pay for parking (18bgn per day) - not enough sun beds

Great food, great location, preatty quite around, we were hearing the waves during the night (other hotels have a lot of noise around them). Rooms were clean, facilities for swiming was nice. To obtain a bed on the beach required to wake up a bit early, from out 7 days stay only in one of them we couldn't find beds with no pay The gym was small and not so many options available. We had noisy neighbors drinking bears on the balcony and laughing at 3 am and other who were snoring trough the night.
