It was a good experience staying here for almost a week with my wife. The pool is clean and an advantage is that you can use it even at night. The location is good near to the beach (10 min) and also to markets (3 minutes). For a 3 star hotel you get what you pay for. I would definitely not recommend the breakfast which is served in another hotel (Sunset). The quality of the food is bad, beside this you get the same food everyday.

Safe area and private parking, very quiet perfect for a family stay with kids. The staff is very nice and polite, the swimming pool is perfect for kids. Very near the seaside just a short distance walk and shops just down from the hotel. The only issue was that I've ticked on Booking when I did the booking breakfast included and when we arrived breakfast was included just for one room, when I do not have the option to tick separately the breakfast, but this could also be the booking website issue, not sure.

It has a good location, just 10 minutes from the beach, with the supermarket in 2 minutes. The room was nice, and we did not even use conditioner in the first days of our stay, it wasn't hot in the room. The fridge is really small but effective. The swimming pool is of great help for kids. The pine trees make the atmosphere cute. It's a family business, and you can get help from friendly owners (the daughter speaks English, the father speaks rus.). It doesn't depend on the hotel, but finding an appropriate cafe for lunch/dinner with good prices + a kitchen for kids is difficult. There's no teapot in the room to make coffee or tea.

Location was ok. Fresh air from the trees and that is all really. Breakfast is in another building and is very bad!!! Really bad! Even if you want just a coffee you need to go to the bar to order it and stay in the queue for long time. The room was not ready when we arrived. The curtain in the room kept falling off from the rail. The balcony size is only for one person ?

The room is spacious considering the payed price. The pool is nice, the location surrounded by pin trees. Being a *** Hotel it is a bit too much. The towels were changed one time in 6 nights stay, the room was "cleaned" one time. Rustic...looking at spider nets hanging :(. Not very friendly owners or maybe too tired...not even answering back at my Hello. They should try at least to wash the sunbeds.

Everything was great for the money!

+ Location is exceptional indeed, close to the beach, to the one mini market (aldo, relatively expensive) and one corner shop (with good fruits and decent prices), close to the bus station and to Delfin restaurant. The pine forest sets the place apart from all other hotels. Reception stuff were friendly. The quietness of the room depends also on your neighbors. Also, we could hear the shower noise from other rooms, as well as discussions of the neighbors. However, this was for a brief period of time, and didn't present a big problem for us.
