Cleaning of our room.

The breakfast was ok, they tried to modify it every day, There was no bigg variations of foods but as it is a quite small hotel, it was good and acceptable. The room was really nosiy. We could almost not sleep at all. There were youngsters above us and made big noise. Walls are really thin, we could even everything. The doors are not having any dampening device which would slow down the door movement, so anytime anyone in the hotel "closed" door, it was bumping in the whole hotel.

Location is perfect for the beach and shopping it’s at the quiet end of sunny beach which is what we wanted, staff helpful friendly knowledgeable I think breakfast requires looking at it seems the food is repetitive and not very good quality. The bread is the cheapest you can buy and for a little more money you can buy much better quality.

- The staff were very friendly and happy to help. - Sunbeds seemed new and were comfortable (even without a towel) - No pool towels provided, not even for a deposit. Was told to buy some - The shower was poor, inconsistent warmth, and missing an access panel. Also no shower gel provided. - Cleaners, they may as well not have them as they literally made the bed and that was it. No removal of rubbish or actual cleaning - Breakfast was very average - Advertised as a double bed, but was 2 single beds. Not uncommon, but they slid apart in the night. Could be resolved easily with a mattress cover.

The balcony view was wonderful, the restaurant terrace was very nice, good breakfast, you can smoke on the balcony and terrace, and the beds were very comfortable, i slept very good, air conditioning worked good, The only thing i did not like sometimes a wasps was flying near the breakfast, not every morning, so it was still ok to eat, but i think they can take more measures in the futures not to have any wasps around the terrace

+ very nice staff and 24/7 assistance + very nice seaside view&balcony and also very close to the beach + good breakfast (not so varied, but good) + private parking - if you book a room for 3/4.. the additional sofa bed can be a bit uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel sign is with one missing letter (BORA BO A), the room was smelling weird and there was sand on the floor, the elevator blocked when I was inside

Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday.

I did like the hotel but there was a problem with some rusty water all the time during our 4 days stay. After my bad review in Google they blamed me that the reason of my bad impressions from the hotel was my fault. I don't want to come back to the hotel ever again. Some Bulgarian hotel owners really don't know how to welcome their guests and to be honest when there is a real problem. It was also unacceptable to justify the situation with the fact that this is a 2 stars hotel. On booking is rated as a 3 stars hotel! The water couldn't be mysteriously clear when the staff checked the room. The rusty water and the smell of rust couldn't disappear spontaneously. I don't have any reason to lie because all my family, including 2 small kids, had to have a bath with this water before they propose me on the 3th day to use the bathroom of another room. My only wish is that people stop ignoring the problem, pretending that everything is OK and that the customer is wrong! It is better to solve the problem itself!
