I have no complaints. Everything is top-notch. From the cleanliness and the staff’s friendliness to the food and the head chef’s daily presence at the restaurant—a quiet, shaded spot—it’s absolutely wonderful. I think this is the seventh time I’ve returned with the same pleasure.

The rooms were very clean, the food was diverse and very tasty and the drinks were good as well (but with off brand alcohol). The whole staff was great. Also the animation team deserves 1000/10, they're the one that add the extra star. Didn't appreciate the fact that we booked 2 rooms and one of them (Park view) was about 10% more expensive - there were simply no similar room available at the time of the booking, and the more expensive one was claimed to be 269 ft^2 and the other 215 ft^2, so it seemed worth it. We actually got the exact same room, just across the hall, with view to the parking lot and kid's scene that had loud music, and it was not bigger in any way. We realized we got fooled very late in the week when we visited our friends' room (the less expensive one). Not fair to your visitors to do this, charge more for nothing additional, if anything a view to a noisier side of the hotel.

It was our 3rd vacation at Helena ... and we are waiting for the next one. We feel like home in this resort. Comfy and quiet room, very nice garden, a beach with good sand. Very clean places and very kind people. A huge hug for the chefs!!!! The food is amazing ... large variety and very good taste ... this summer entertainment program has been a high class one ... Congratulations team HELENA PARK!! Good luck!!! Best wishes to manager!!!!!

The staff was really good and very accomodating. They even allowed us to check out late for free since we had a late plane. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The massages was very good. Price was good. A lot of the activities where not being held. The food in restaurant was very bland and a lot of times overcooked. The spa and facilities was quite run down. Lot of the things on the hotel was closed down. Disclaimer: We were there at the end of season so pretty sure a lot of the things was because of that.

All, except entertainment! no entertainment, no party, no music as a sound of ambiance at the restaurant, it was something for seniors club! Unfortunaly this was the line between superb and excellent!

The variety and quality of the food and drinks, very good location, is not a noisy area. The small number of sunbeds on the beach and the lack of seafood on the buffet mennu

The stuff were very friendly. My girlfriend had a birthday during our stay and they prepared a special surprise for her! The facilities were great! The food was amazing! We were provided free sun beds at the beach each day of our stay! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Food was delicious. The staff was professional and very polite. The free chairs and umbrella on the beach were in a very limited number. To get one, sameone from the family or friends had to go early. I believe that is not a very big thing for a complex like Helena to add some more. It's not fair to pay for all-inclusive and to pay again for a umbrella and chairs. The gate to the beach was always locked and we had to use a secondary gate that belongs to Helena Sand that was little bit to far away.

This hotel is highly recommended. The service is wonderful, the food is brilliant. The private beach is really close. We loved the pool and the vibe there. All the staff is super nice, the waiters and waitresses are adoreable, but fire the life guard at the pool!!He is the biggest jerk I've ever met. Has nothing to do with people and the tourism. As I see I'm not the only one with this opinion.
