Hotel was so beautiful, indoor hot pool, amazing breakfast, kind staff, they let me check in early with no trouble, pack me breakfast to go since i had an early flight which was a really nice thing to do. I loved everything but keep in mind you hace to take the bus or a taxi to groeme

Very clean, staff was soooo nice, cute decor, comfortable stay all in all. Breakfast was banging chefs are killing itt The bed made this noice everytime I moved which was alittle annoying, but I was so tired most days that it didn’t bother my sleep. The bathroom.. the hamam style shower was a cool thought, but after 7 days I really wished I had a normal shower.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. It’s a beautiful room in the cave, very traditional. The pool and terrace were amazing too. The staff was very helpful and played an important role in helping us solving an issue with a tour agency. Nothing to say.

The owner, the woman at reception and the breakfast guy were friendly. The breakfast was fairly good. The room was fairly clean. The facilities were old . The sheets and pillows old and dirty . Nobody speaks English . You have to stand in the bath to have a shower and the water goes all over the room. Other than those mentioned above , nearly everyone was rude - especially the old man. The location is really depressing and didn't feel safe. The pool was cold so we couldnt use it . You pay extra for everything else. Miles away from the town and no closer to the airport than Goreme which is much nicer. They will double the price of everything if your a tourist - taxis , food whatever they can. They treat women like second class citizens and constantly defer to the men. Avoid like the plague.

Super amazing property, friendly staff. We got our own Hammam bath in our bathroom. The restaurant has great view and the terrace is amazing. The entire property is portrait friendly if you love taking selfies or making photofolios. They offer relaxing spa. Free Parking is available at streets. Away from the city chaos. Heating is great. Toilet has automatic bidet. On our way back a nice gent (forgot his name) helped us with luggage and gave my wife and daughter two nice little goodie bags. The steep stairs. Not a problem for me but bit risky if you are travelling with toddlers. Keep an eye on them before hurting a nose. Also the breakfast spread could be developed. We had a lot of Turkish breakfast items but there were no meat or chicken! Though you can always ask for eggs of your choices.

The hotel was well kept and had a nice rustic cave architecture. Staff was helpful with whatever we asked, but it can definitely be friendlier. Good breakfast, really good views. Their upper balcony_seating area is very nicely set up and pretty.. Location is really bad to explore the touristy attractions unless you have your own car. Many tours do not even pick up from here, and we ended up paying a lot extra to get to the center. There are no nearby hangout places. Staff was courteous and helped with everything we asked, but overall, it was very transactional, and there was no warmth. Would go for Goreme hotels next time.

The catering staff during breakfast were great and very welcoming. The hotel is far from Goreme (15min) which might be an issue if you choose not to rent a car. It costs about 520-550 Turkish lira each way, but there’s a taxi office near by.
