Breakfast was awesome , location great, amazing rooftop restaurant, Staff was super friendly and helped in setting up a lot of tours and transportation arrangements. They were always available . loved this hotel.

A very nice place .Conveniently situated only a few meters away from the town center. A lively terrace arthr top to relax ,have drink & even a Jacuzzi if wished ! A vety good lication too fir watching the balloons early morning ?

Everything about this place was excellent, especially the staff's hospitality and the perfect location. The absolute highlight was the traditional Turkish breakfast—it was incredibly generous, and everything was freshly prepared on the spot. Highly recommended! The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but everything else was so perfect that it didn't ruin our experience.

Location was so good. Right beside the Goreme Market. Easily stroll around and explore. We booked the vintage car tour right from the shop next door. Was amazing. Another commendable aspect was the service and the team. They had reached way before our stay date and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing as well as for the hot air balloon. Thanks to them we saved money on the balloon and had a great experience. Room was spacious and my son enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom. Another amazing aspect was the breakfast terrace. Just the bed blanket and the carpet smelled a little musty. Rest all was great

Big cozy rooms, equipped with all the needed amenities (including mini bar, slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, daily complimentary water etc). The entire hotel very clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent heating system (also AC available). Lovely rooftop and top floor restaurant (3rd floor) with nice views (10% discount offered for hotel guests). All the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) very welcoming, helpful and polite. Delicious breakfast. Great location (walking distance from downtown). Pretty large free public parking lot in front of the property and another one in the back. Excellent quality-price ratio ? Loved everything! Tip: if you are a light sleeper, you should maybe consider booking a room facing the back of the hotel, since the other side of the unit faces the road. Our Deluxe Stone Room with Balcony (1st floor) faced the road, however we were not bothered at all by the street sound (which is however completely dimmed if ear plugs are used).

The staff were friendly, helpful, and never intrusive — they went the extra mile several times. The place has a unique atmosphere: modern comfort combined with the feeling of living in a castle and a cave at the same time. The rooms were warm and had everything essential. And the breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a beautiful almost-panoramic view over Göreme - and if you go up to the terrace, you get a full view of the valleys and the hot-air balloons. The restaurant dishes were delicious, especially the signature Testi Kebab - truly exceptional! There were no fridges or even a small wardrobe in the rooms, which we occasionally missed. The food menu is limited and on the expensive side. And it was disappointing that there was no first-aid kit available when we urgently needed one. But that's not so critical.

Everything, we loved everything! We had a ground floor twin bed room that had a little outdoor space just outside our door. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bath luxurious. Location was close to restaurants. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooftop deck was good for watching the hot air balloons take off, they didn’t go right over head like you see in some pictures. The breakfast was the best we had on our 5.5 week trip to Turkey and Italy. This was a wonderful place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. They packed a breakfast for us to take on our last morning as we had to leave before the kitchen was open. The room was dark but we could also open the door to bring in more light and this wasn’t really a big deal! Tip: contact the hotel the day before you arrive to reserve a hot air balloon ride if you want one. We were disappointed when we arrived to find out they were sold out for the next day and the day after that they didn’t fly due to weather

Unique cave-style hotel with friendly staff and peaceful ambiance. Breakfast very good. Perfect location for exploring Göreme and relaxing after tours.

Location was excellent , right in the center of Goreme Breakfast was great, so was the sunset view and many cafes within walking distance a single king sized bed would have been better and more sturdy, also more drinking water in the room

Everything was perfect! The breakfast it’s huge!! The room had everything you may need and more, the receptionist is amazing! She was so helpful every moment of our stay! They let us in 3 hours before our check in! That was something I had never experience, the hotels always say no to this but they were super special on trying to help us with everything! I would definitely stay here again and I would totally recommend this places to anyone. The location is also perfect! It was a little (very little) noise at night because we were exactly under the restaurant but it was very little, nothing to be worried.

The property was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, beautifully designed spaces, and a very cozy atmosphere. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of Buseh. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and her ability to speak English, French, and Turkish made communication so easy. She was truly lovely, helpful, and made our experience unforgettable.The breakfast was delicious and generous make sure to let them know in advance if you have any allergies, as Turkish hospitality is incredible and they will make sure you are well taken care of. There was nothing I didn’t like everything exceeded my expectations.

Rooftop resting is one the best one in area. Location is amazing From my point of view, if hotel does a small redecoration in furniture, it Willis be much better.
