The cave hotel design, the breakfast and the location were cool The wifi internet connectivity was not good and the mobile network (vodafone) couldn’t find its way to the bedroom. So- forget scrolling through reels or youtube from the bedrooms…

The view from terrace is nice at night and in the morning. Some staff are nice. It is suffocating. It has a disgusting smell coming from drainage. The man-made stone or walls falling anywhere most specially in bed. Waking up with tiny thing or sands. The place is a man-made cave not as what we expected from nature. They dont mention on details. It is 15mins away from goreme village which taxi is expensive vise versa. Inconvenient for restaurants and other views. Not advisable for walking. Some staff are rude they dont speak english. The breakfast are no no.

It was a very hospitable stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for the guided tours as well. It felt safe as well. The free Turkish breakfast was a plus and was good touch of local food and cuisine. There’s no air conditioning so the room got very warm at times and the area didn’t really have any pharmacies around so be sure to pack hygiene items ahead of time. They do have medicine on site which was great!

The staff was extremely helpful with everything, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel! During the two nights we spent there, we couldn't use the internet at all. Without internet, the TV didn't work either. :( Another issue was that there was no mobile signal in the room, so we had no access to messages, Google Maps, or anything else while we were inside. They said it was a temporary problem, but it was still quite inconvenient. There was a slightly musty smell in the room, likely due to the stone/rock walls. A ventilation system might help with this. Also, small pieces of gravel were crumbling off the walls and ended up everywhere – in the bed and on the carpet as well. Of course, when booking a place like this, you should expect these kinds of things and be prepared for them.

The lighting was bit dim and the WiFi connection was poor in our rooms; however, that is resolved by hanging out in the outdoor spaces of the hotel. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and worth relaxing in.

the interior is amazing! the staffs are very helpful especially tge lady manager. we owe you one! lightning. my husband and I wear glasses and we both have a sensitivity to dim lights.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. However, this minor issue didn’t take away from the overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

Fantastic hotel, the rooms were incredible and the terrace was lovely for relaxing! Beautiful sunset! The staff were absolutely fantastic! Ceylan in particular was incredibe, she was always happy to help and very informative! Very kind! Bonus: there is a hotel dog
