- Great, comfortable, and clean rooms. The one with the hammam and sauna was especially perfect. - The staff were very kind, helpful, and highly available even late at night. They assisted us with transportation and guided tours, always offering the best deals and prices.

The hotel was great, comfortable room, very clean and pretty, big bathroom and air conditioner. The breakfast was pretty good, it’s very complete and abundant, really delicious. On the other side we couldn’t used the terrace because of weather conditions but apart from that a really amazing place to stayed and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Would recommend!

A superb location, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel offers access to the terrace, from which you can see the hot air balloons in the mornings when flights are allowed. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops near the hotel. -

The garden is very nice. And breakfast is fresh and good.

this is an late review but the hotel is excellent, the host is very nice and kind. Im glad that I end up to choose this hotel. definitely will come again I miss turkey so much ?

minor leak in the bathroom

The hotel is situated well in the center of all the action in Goreme - bus station, restaurants, souvenir shops and travel agencies. The sunset/sunrise view point is a 15 min walk. The breakfast is cooked right in front of you. The room has a cavy feel and looks exactly as advertised. The bathroom is spacious. The staff helps with anything you need from booking hot air balloon to directions where to go and what to do on your own. There is an observation terrace with swings where you can watch the flying balloons and take pictures.

Right in the centre of göreme with a great rooftop and view, breakfast included and a welcoming host who took good care of us! The breakfast options were limited, same every day, not enough fruit and cereal.

Location is great as you can do everything on foot. Breakfast is quite good. Terrace is amazing for viewing the balloons. The rooms look nice and are spacious. Wifi is definitely horrible, used my own data most of the time. If other guests are showering at the same time - and I knew it was the case - the water doesn't really warm up much. I did have a leakage coming from the ceiling of the bathroom which I reported.

Location. A 5 minute walk from the bus station and eateries, 1km away from open air museum. Amazing breakfast and helpful staff when it comes to planning tour. wi fi is a bit patchy
