Comfort, terrace view, very friendly/helpful staff, location Unfortunately you hear the mosque early morning which disturbs your sleep. They need a better sound isolated doors/windows in the rooms. Beside that everything was great.

I don’t usually write comments after a stay. But I must say, the experience was so good! The staff were all very helpful, and extremely kind with warm vibe! Everyone was with smile all the time. The room was super cozy, and the facility was quite new. The location is perfect, quiet at night but only 5 minutes walk to city center! Literally nothing!

A very nice hotel. I thought it was a cave hotel, but it isn't. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with fresh vegetables and eggs. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Mistook it for a cave hotel

Lovely hotel with modern design but warn decor and lighting. Great breakfast. Quiet and private. Wonderful staff. . I prefer the location in town rather than up on the hill for ease of getting around. Nothing!

I love the place. It is clean, near to the stores, restaurants. It is not hilly so friendly to seniors like my mom. The staff are friendly and greeted me on my birthday. Also, I was able to watch hot air balloon on top of their building. None

Truly beautiful with lovely stone surfaces for walls, corridors, stairways and rooms. Our bedroom had an amazing stone arched ceiling. Our bathroom was large, all stone and tile. The location was centrally located so we could easily walk to restaurants. Mare C has an extensive rooftop deck beautifully dressed in stone including a swimming pool. The views were amazing of the town of Goreme and the balloons when they flew over in the morning. The ‘penthouse’ breakfast dining area also had great views. Breakfast there was superb with a wide selection of fruits, preserves, breads, pastries, Turkish foods and cooked to order eggs It didn’t bother us, but I don’t recall an elevator

Absolutely gorgeous room and facility. And very comfortable and modern even with the focus on a more classical aesthetic. We shouldn't necessarily expect a hotel to contribute to the charm of a place we come to visit (especially one as beautiful as Goreme), but this truly added to the experience. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any help required to optimize our time here. The location could not be better. Great breakfast, they make you feel like a vip. Nothing! 10/10 experience
