Friendly accommodating staff. If you are just looking at the map Goreme isn't as close as it may seem. If you don't have a car getting around can be difficult

Very nice, unique, rooms are very clean and spacious. One stuff member just randomly entered my room without letting me know to switch off the water in the bath even I was in the room.

the room is nice and big, however, we had to change the room as the given one didnt have a window Very poor breakfast and service, location is a bit far from the center or from even having a good walk around.

Helping and friendly Host and staff They gave us a free upgrade and allowed us a late checkout as our flight was late. Arranged for us city tour and balloon ride at a very affordable price.

It was nice stay! The rooms right inside the historical caves! The personal was good and positive! Nice breakfast and terrace view! ~15 mints ride to the balloon departure

What a gem ? of the hotel this is! 5 ? experience! The hotel, the staff, the overall value and quality of this establishment has exceeded our expectations. The cave room was so uniquely gorgeous. The entire hotel is spotless and everyone working here is super nice! Bottom line - great quality and great vibes The level of noise isolation is low and we could occasionally hear guests in the room that shared the wall with us. Which makes sense- it's a cave:) so not big of a deal

Relatively cheaper cave hotel option in Cappadocia

The room was very clean, the staff very attentive. They helped us to find the best price for the balloons, and also offer taxi rides if needed. Turkish breakfast very complete. The jacuzzi is a very nice plus, and at such a reasonable price, highly recommended to book the room with whirlpool bath. Also, we had a problem with booking and they solved and helped us like professionals. Regarding the hotel there is no disadvantage everything was perfect as a 5 star hotel. The only thing and as a warning is to beware of taxi drivers who charge very high prices to get to the hotel from the bus station, for only 10 minutes of ride. We used public transport and got off in the centre of Nevşehir and from there it is not so far to the hotel.

The breakfast can be improved to cater for international people.

Wow, I loved the really big room with jacuzzi. It was a great add-on after a hot day outside. The host did his best to try to accommodate us, even if his English was not that good, we he did find a way for us to communicate without constraints ? And the exterior details and all the adornments were spectacular, very traditional cave feeling! maybe a little bit away from the city centre, but if you have a rental car it is ok. This place is located in the old town. One thing regarding the breakfast time: we were initially told it would be at 8 am, but it was not served until after 8: 30, and we pretty much missed it because we had to leave earlier that day.

very friendly staff, one spoke some English, but most were very happy to initiate google translate. The neighbourhood is very safe. my room didn’t have a window which would open. Sewer smell from the bathroom drain.

This cave hotel a little away from the masses of cave hotels in Goreme city was a luxury property with all food requirements attended to. We really liked the location being a bit far (10km) but this made it calm and less noisy! The breakfast was exceptional and we all enjoyed the pleasantries of the lady cook! The rooms were also upgraded for free. The room temperature itself was a bit too warm, so it can get a bit stuffy. We went during spring so managed it! Please get a room with a window. In summers, it can be really hot which is worrisome. The reception staff was very helpful but a few of them don’t speak English.
