Location and roof view Aircond did not keep stuffy room cool so we had to open a window when in room. More TV channels like BBC for news would be great. WiFi is quite slow and is unprotected.

I can definitely recommend Virtus! Ali from the reception is amazing, super helpful, well-informed and knowledgeable. He also helped us book the balloon ride (which was amaziiiiing, btw!!). The hotel is located in the centre of Goreme, at a 2-min walk from all the restaurants, bars, stores, ATMs, etc. Has everything you need, but the best part is the rooftop terrace, where you have breakfast and can watch the spectacular "show" of all the balloons rising up in the sky (you need to get up at 6:30 AM to see them, but it's totally worth it!!!). Breakfast was not too varied, but good. Could recommend more cooked options (like.. I don't know, maybe an omelette).

He breakfast was fantastic! Everything was fresh. The terrace had a wonderful view. Good location and easy walk to the center of town. The room was very small however we only needed a clean place to sleep so it was perfect!

The room was too small and there was no storage space for clothes. And there is not enough surface space to put your personal articles. The room is very attractive and clean. but not even enough floor space to leave your suitcase open.

Would be better if their was elevators for elders . Has to climb 4 3 stories biulding for the breakfast

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! The best. The y helped with the logistics, tours, ballon flight. airport transfers. Very well located close to the Goreme main road. Roof top had amazing view of the valley and also the balloons Breakfast good taste and international.

A great family run hotel located in one of the best locations in Goreme - the views from the rooftop terrace were exceptional, both during the day and at night. The hotel has it's own approach road which means it's very quiet, especially after dark. A short walk of less than 90 seconds however and you will find yourself in the town centre. The staff could not have been more friendly, and that goes for every one of them - a great team ! The hotel itself is full of character and feels almost 'alpine'. It's very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast on the terrace was a delight. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself back in Goreme. Nothing - the stay was perfect.

The room was cozy and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities. The hotel's terrace provided a breathtaking view of the sunrise and hot air balloons. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
