staff was excellent, location is very convenient, great to have jacuzzi in the room there was an issue with heating but staff tried everything to have it fixed

It was away from the crowded center - rooms were spacious - dining room had nice view over valley We booked a jacuzzi room - the jacuzzi leaked water all over got our bags wet - no one. And to apologize or compensate for the damage - for the money we paid service was zero - there was also construction going on so it was dusty everywhere.

Super modern, clean, and new hotel on the edge of Göreme (quiet); within walking distance of Love Valley, Pigeon Valley, Rose Valley, shops and restaurants; easy to reach, easy to park; fabulous views from room and breakfast terrace (balloons at sunrise, rock cliffs at sunset); large and well-equipped room with kettle, fridge, and jacuzzi; delicious and varied breakfast buffet; breakfast room open all day and evening for coffee, juice, water refills, and just to sit and enjoy the view; staff was friendly and helpful but spoke limited English Breakfast does not begin until 8:30, so you cannot get an early start on your day if you want to have breakfast; at 8:30 everyone descends upon the buffet at once, which can make for a stressful experience unless you don‘t mind waiting; there is only one very slow coffee machine in the breakfast room that is constantly running out of milk or water or beans, which creates a line and more waiting; lighting in the room was not very good—there was no lamp near the sofa or on the desk, which are the areas where one would normally read or work and need bright light

We did experience some slight leaking along the walls of our room when there was particularly heavy rainfall, but the staff were responsive and helpful with that. Would be a bit hesitant to plug anything into exterior wall outlets or using lamps on wall during rainfall.

The property is perfectly mantained . The rooms are cozy , clean and specially warm. Heat works very well. They give us a room with a nice view and balcony, beautiful with the snow. Has a beautiful decor. And the people is amazing and nice. As it’s winter they can’t decor the terrace ( none hotel has terrace decor in winter ) . And it’s not located in downtown , only ten minutes walking . So as it’s cold it’s not so pleasant to walk . Still I believe it’s a perfect hotel for summer

The hotel is at a good location. Ballon ride flying location is just opposite the road of the hotel. The main city centre is just 10 minutes away by walk. Mr. Murat was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, the fact they looked after our bags while waiting for our coach home was so nice of them. Its a new hotel and the area is gorgeous, made lots of cat friends too Nothing really, it was great!

Everything was excellent. Super clean room and the whole hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Room had everything you might need during your stay. Good location. Friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. The staff was super, the design was beautiful. The hotel had a few customers in the rooms, it was winter season, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great. Thanks to the manager. It is very close to the balloon take-off area and the terrace view was incredible.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Mr. Sami, the hotel manager, was incredibly attentive and professional. Ms. Özlem at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was very helpful throughout our stay. Ms. Melis made our breakfast experience delightful with her kindness, and Mr. Samet and the rest of the team were equally thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended Nothing.
