Good location, nice stay, good service, excellent breakfast, near to goreme town

Fantastic location, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping. There are several terraces from which you can see the hot air balloons perfectly in the morning. Very close to city center but far enough to avoid the noise. Would stay again. Not really a cave hotel. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear people on the hallway, but it’s mostly quiet.

We had a great stay at Milat Cave Cappadocia. The location is superb, very close to the main center, which makes everything really convenient. Unlike the other side of Göreme where hotels are located higher up and you often need to walk uphill like a hike, this one is much more accessible and easy to get to. The area is also very quiet and relaxing, so you really can’t go wrong with the location. The hotel has multiple terraces, and the view of the hot air balloons is absolutely magical, especially in the morning. The terrace feels almost private, you don’t need to rush or compete for a good spot, which makes the experience even better. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast could be improved as the selection is quite limited. The staff are also not very comfortable interacting or speaking with guests, but they still assist when needed.

I love the hotel vibes, the super friendly staff, and Mila the cute little cat hanging around the hotel. I could even see the hot air balloons right from my room window and the rooftop.

The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is luxury and delivered to room! The roottop view is amazing! Walkable distance to the Groeme center for food and shops etc. Nothing.

The location is close to everything and is the best place to stay for experiencing hot air balloons from the rooftop deck Breakfast was served in the room because we were informed that the roof deck, where breakfast is usually served, was under renovation. Since we had an early flight, we checked out early; however, no one offered even a simple takeaway breakfast. Additionally, the issue with the wall heater in the bathroom was never resolved, despite being escalated on our first day. The bathroom needs additional lightning specially in the mirror area. The television was too small and not functioning properly. As tourists, a Smart TV would be recommended, as we were unable to watch Turkish channels.

We liked the location of this hotel and the view of the valleys from the rooftop. We arrived earlier than check in time and they made a room available for us before the check in time. The staffs didn’t feel welcoming. Not once did they smiled when talking to greeting us. It was very stone faced reactions. There was no option for choosing our breakfast and we had to eat in our room.
