It was very easy to park, and the breakfast was very delicious. I loved that we could get filter coffee. Overall, it was a good experience.

The breakfast was excellent; they provided fresh and homemade breakfast everyday. The rooms were spacious and just like the pictures. The location was good too. The maintenance of the room wasn’t great (for example some bulbs weren’t replaced, the door to the balcony didn’t close properly and we had some issues with the WiFi).

Nothing Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel! • The property is completely different from what was shown during booking – misleading photos and descriptions. • Upon arrival, the staff said our reserved room was given to someone else, and they had no available rooms – totally unprofessional. • The water bottle in the room was already used, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. • When my son went to request a new water bottle, they demanded 50 lira for it. • Only after a long argument and reminding them of their own policies, they agreed to provide free water, as per hotel norms. • Door locks were faulty – the keys didn’t work, and we had to call the staff to open the door. • Our room was booked with air conditioning included, but when we asked to switch it on, they asked for extra payment. • Again, after showing our booking details and arguing, they only agreed to turn on the AC for our friend’s room – ridiculous. • No hand wash, provided • No help with carrying luggage, and no lift in the property – had to carry everything to the second floor ourselves. Absolutely the worst hotel experience – not worth the money or the frustration. Strongly NOT recommended.

Friendly staff, the hotel is located near the center of Goreme, you can see the balloons from the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the staff can help you with anything you ask for. Very slow wifi, there was an unpleasant smell in our room.

Everything. The staff was amazing, the lobby, the corridors, the rooms were all beautifully set up. The location was superb. Took me like 5 minutes to centre of Goreme. Absolutely loved my stay here. Nothing. I loved my stay here.

The owner of the hotel and all the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our adventure bookings – their assistance was truly exceptional. The view from the breakfast floor was breathtaking, and the room was both spacious and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!
