We enjoyed the Home2Suites in New Braunfels, TX. The room was huge, lots of counter space in the room. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable. Breakfast was great with options to make sandwiches, Texas shaped waffles. Was very pleased with the options. My only complaint was the room service. A note in the room said they would service the room every other day which would include making the beds, new towels, empty garbage. Out of the 4 nights we stayed, no one made the beds, our garbage was not emptied until the night before check out. We did get a few new towels but didn't take away all of the used towels. Overall though. We enjoyed the property.

This is a newer Hilton home and suites and me and my family absolutely loved it. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. If we’re ever in this area, we will only be staying at this hotel.

It was in a great location easily accessible to a lot. The staff was unprofessional. The room floor was dirty when we got there. The floor in the entrance was really dirty as well.
