The Resort at Schlitterbahn

Everything was great got up this morning had coffee and coffee pot but no cups so that was a bit disappointing since I'm a huge coffee drinker.

Our stay here was great! Our villa was perfect for our family of 4! It made going to Schlitterbaun so convenient. But I must say Scott, our shuttle driver, made our whole trip! He was so kind and timely. Gave us excellent dinner recommendations. After we checked out we went to float the Comal and my kids said “Scott would come get us I just know it! The other kid said no he’s with his grandkids it’s his day off!” Lol. So we will be back to check on Scott next year!

Bonita at check in was so helpful and bubbly and nice, she is a great asset to your staff! Clean room, comfortable bed, ac was nice and cold. Quiet property the weekend we stayed, our duplex neighbor was quiet I forgot my lotion and the bathroom didn’t have any, but that was minor and not a big deal.

Large comfortable room. Good location for a reasonable price. Housekeeping knocked twice at our door on our day of departure even though we said we weren't ready and could they come back later. It was well before checking out time. Quite rude really.

Loved the location. So close to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. Was not expecting such large space for the rooms. Included living area, and full kitchen. My unit was a little on the older side. Door was hard to open and close.

Liked the modern apartment style decor. The view from the balcony is the river where the people can tube down. The water was crystal clean and cool. The rooms were clean and spacious. The master bathroom is especially roomy. There is a washer dryer which is helpful. Eventhough the Waterpark was closed during the week we still had a good time.

Central to everything we wanted to do in New Braunfels, quiet, clean, and the activities were a pleasant family surprise.

We stayed in 203 above the check in/check out area. It was nice and quiet. The beds were pretty comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing I wish it had was a small table so we could eat on.

The property was renovated inside all the rooms. They have all you need. I never knew what to do with the trash but eventually say there was a trash bin outside. There were two pools available. One smaller and shallow. Another that was a bit deeper. I understand there’s trees around but it seems they could’ve used cleaning. Lots of debris from the trees in the water. Again all the leaves in the pool and such. I wish you knew what to do with the trash.

I loved the early access, staff was always helpful. The kids loved the nightly activities for guest. I wish they had better bathroom towels and gave you more than 2 for a room meant for 4-5 people. I would love to see fuller pillows. also wish the booking and website calender was more clear on both or only one park being open. The west park closed all week really made experience stressful fighting for space at east, when calender states "open:.

Quiet No housekeeping service no place to eat pool was dirty and damaged

Very close to the park and great staff. Was a little dirty with some bugs. Not the end of the world though.

Not what I expected for the price point. I expected the rooms to be bigger. We stayed in a double queen and there was minimal wall space from the edge of the bed to the TV on the other wall. I should have done more research but there’s no places to eat on site. There is a coffee truck that comes in the mornings. The pool was great. Staff was nice but seemed over burdened when I asked them if I could pay for early check in. I ended up checking in at 4pm due to the response I received like it was bothersome to have asked for it.

Room was very clean. A/C works great. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. Can’t wait for our next trip!

I enjoyed the availability of activities for the children on the premises.
