Best Western Plus New Cumberland Inn & Suites

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The door jam was broken so we had to fix it everytime we had to close the door. The conditioner and body wash in the shower was empty. The pool area was hot and loud. We were there for 3 nights and wanted to add one more night. Needed to do laundry but they didn’t have quarters for us to change our dollars. They wanted to charge us $50 more than we originally paid for so we went elsewhere.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. The pictures look like it’s so clean and well-maintained. When you show up the second you walk and you realize you have been completely fooled. The front lobby is extremely dirty. You can see the cracks in the grime all over. The stains on all of the chairs in the lobby are huge. I’m talking like 2 foot big wide stains… the ottoman in the lobby is completely ripped down the middle and they have clear tape covering it and taping it back together.. the room was extremely clean. There was hair all over the toilet. The tile floor in the bathroom is completely cracked and moving beneath your feet when walking.. I found a hair in my eggs at the hotel.. every single one of the doors in the entire hotel has rip marks from all of the doors locks being changed. It looks extremely ghetto and it was never painted and looks like a mess. In the lobby, there are gambling machines in the lobby as well which is absolutely disgusting for a family hotel

The next morning, we talked to a different staff, explained our confusion about the additional charge, she refunded the money in the end, and apologized for the inconvenience. The check-in experience was bad.

Size of the pool/no hot tub/spa

Comfortable beds and a clean stay. Bathrooms were clean.

The staff was pleasant; however, we would never stay here again.

Not very clean, the sofa bed wabroken and needs a new mattress on it. The breakfast had the same items everyday, need a little more variety.

I was very satisfied with my stay we got a jetted tub suite. It was spacious and relaxing. I have little to no complaints. The only thing that was a little annoying was the bathroom fan was very very loud. Overall it was a great stay!

Nice clean room. Had a handicapped shower that was a little inconvenient. End entry door wouldn’t work with the keycard. Desk lady said they’d have to re-program it.

It was nice enough for a night's stay to break up a long drive, just off 83. The lobby area looked in need of repair, but my room was very nice. I appreciated having a small table to place beside the armchair. I also liked the artwork on the walls. While the staff I spoke to were pleasant and helpful, the place does seem to be understaffed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was out of service, the hair dryer in the room didnt work and some of lights in the didnt work.

Very good hotel will stay here again. Its about 30 minutes away from Hershey Park. Walking distance from McDonald's and even pizza hit.

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Las habitaciones estaban extremadamente sucias, los pasillos descuidados y la piscina estaba en pésimas condiciones; el agua se sentía babosa y claramente no estaba limpia. Además, dejé una bolsa de basura fuera de la habitación para que el personal la recogiera, pero nunca pasó. Tuve que ir personalmente a pedir que se la llevaran y solicitar bolsas de basura nuevas para mi cuarto, y para colmo, la persona que me atendió se mostró molesta por hacerlo. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí y, bajo ninguna circunstancia, lo recomendaría.

Hotel was nice. Will stay again..room was quiet.

The property is well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The keys codding to open the door kept on messing up

Food was refilled as quickly as possible. There was a tour bus there the one day and they ate! Commended management for doing their best. Food was tasty and provided a nice breakfast for the start of one's day. Only small complaint was there was numerous areas that had spills due to customers not being attentive to their spill accidents. Not hotel's doing.
