Great staff who were very helpful. Though the breakfast selection was small what was on offer was tasty. The food on the room service menu was great. Rooms were very clean Due to some construction of a metro line in front of the hotel access was restricttive

Non cooperative staff and makes own hotel policies . Not willing to do work. Hotel manager is very unprofessional.

Room is smelly even bed linens are not changed I found lots of hair and blood stain on the bed, washroom lock is not working, if as a traveller we will get this kind of experience during stay then it's not worth it at all.
