From the road, one might think this hotel was old and out of date. It has undergone a sleek modern renovation and the huge rooms and amenities made this one of the better thst hotels we have stayed in recently, and we travel often. Free parking was a bonus in busy New Haven.

Having the restaurant on location was great, serving food and drinks.

Nothing, it took 1 minute in the room to realize the AC didn't work, the room was hot, humid and smelly. The sheets dirty and front desk didn't care. The response.

The property was spacious and clean The location and arrival and look of the property was a bit of a let down but once we were inside the staff were very friendly and the rooms were lovely and spacious

If you love IKEA, this is the place for you! It is right next door. Also very near to the Wooster Square neighborhood of fabulous Italian restaurants. Easy on and off the freeway too.

Quietest room I ever slept in and the staff at this hotel are exceptional. Bravo. I wish all hotels were Passive House certified and delivered such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also used the hotel bicycles to pedal into New Haven. Super fun.

The location was not great , but we were able to walk a few blocks to the Italian section of the city and enjoy some excellent pizza!

Everything was great , the TV and HVAC unit both went out at the same time , someone came to fix it but for being there for one night , I would’ve liked for that stuff to have been taken care of
