Excellent location and wonderful customer service It can get noisy on Saturday evenings

Impossible to sleep so noisy never experienced anything like it

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We left a cell phone in our room when we checked out, and the cleaning staff found it, put it in a lock box for us and held it until we could return for it later in the day. Parking fee of $25. Not unexpected, but wish they would validate the parking.

Location is great. A kettle would be appreciated.⁹

We didn’t eat breakfast The toilet the sink in the bathroom were too low and the bed on one side seemed old and the bathroom was pretty small, but the room was very clean and there was no QR code so you couldn’t read what the menu was in the restaurant upstairs

Some of the staff in the front office and f&b. Eugene at the door and Trisha at the desk ate amazing. Theirs another name in the restaurant, It'll come to me on my next review.

Motorcyclists race down the nearby streets all night long. Sleeping is impossible. The management was not responsive. I had to call the New Haven Police Department myself to register a complaint. Don’t select this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep.
