The $25 parking fee (with in and out privileges) seemed a bit steep. You could stay in the same parking house for $22+tax if you didn’t need to leave. The hair dryer in the room was not in a good state (smelled burnt straight away) - but I forgot to follow that up. All in all a good place for a stopover in New Haven!

Trop cher, mal situé, stationnement payant $25usd, pas de déjeuner inclus, et trop radin pour avoir du lait gratuit avec le café. Je ne suggère pas.

We were staying at this hotel for a campus tour to Yale University. The hotel location is convenient to campus and shops. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff are super nice and helpful.

I had a very good stay at the New Haven Hotel. Sulav on reception could not have been more helpful. He welcomed me and made sure I understood how to access the parking which is so easy and includes a dedicated passage to floor 2 of the hotel. The following day he gave me excellent assistance, so I was able to enjoy New Haven. The hotel is very well situated for visiting Yale University.

Honestly, for the price I paid, this was one of the best hotel values I’ve ever had. The room was spotless, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and they had free guest laundry. Would 100% stay here again.

Modern, nice looking hotel. Very clean for the most part. Didn’t like that our bathtub had a slip proof mat that had rust color streaks all across it. Only real complaint, oh and the their coffee maker wasn’t working. Our room was also located near the ice machine and we could hear the ice being dropped regularly. That was pretty annoying once we got in bed. I would stay here again though, just don’t want a room near ice machine.

Great stay. We arrived a little early due to a family emergency but staff took care of us. Rooms were comfortable. Definitely would stay at this property again and highly recommend.
