The pool was green. Only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked. We had to be moved from 1 room to another due the a/c condensation dripping on the electrical outlet underneath. The property is poorly maintained while some of the staff was extremely helpful, the others just stood around all day. We had to request additional towels and toilet paper and place our trash outside our room to be picked up because our room was not getting cleaned the entire week. The hotel is not as listed in Hotels.com. We booked here because of the rating for this hotel and the price since we would be there for 7 days for a baseball tournament. I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 10. Oh and we got stuck on the elevator 2 times. Terrible experience

We were really disappointed with our stay overall. The toilet ran and I reported it twice. The pool was cloudy and all the area around it was junky , never straightened or picked up . Cleaning service every other day does not get the job done as trash was piled everywhere at the end of hallways etc. I was promised towels 5 times on our last day and never received. We used our own beach towels. Others were complaining openly in elevators at front desk etc. Lots of stained up chairs in dining are

The bathtub not clean the bottom was dirty did not use at all.

For the area I guess it’s explainable but in a nut shell the floor was dirty, bathroom was not clean, room chair was dusty and there was a bullet hole in my window. I could go into detail but it is what it is. **See photos**

Very clean room and hotel. Parking was great. The staff was very kind!

Third floor has a bad smell. We found mold in the room. There was an active leak outside our room. Literally a hole in the ceiling with water dripping. There was an old razor in the bathtub and a cockroach living by the coffee maker. Staff was helpful and relocated us to a smaller room but we are seeking a refund because they didn't have a comparable room.

It seemed nasty and dirty. Night stand was falling off the wall. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pool was disgusting. Elevators was on their last leg and very scary. They were even out of order for a time. It seemed like there was very little effort put into the breakfast. Staff was nice but always outside smoking or vaping.

Property is not well kept. Carpet in the room was damp when we arrived and room had a strong chemical smell. The elevator needs to be serviced because only one of them worked and was not in good mechanical order. In fact I became trapped in the elevator with two other guests and we had to pry the doors open to get out because the emergency call button did not work. We have stayed at other Hampton properties and not had issues but we will not be staying at this particular property again.

The pool wasn't in the best condition sadly during our stay. breakfast was great though and rooms were clean.

Staff was really nice elevator stay broke at the property which is really not safe. While on the property someone got stuck in the elevator.

Elevator was not working had to walk 3 flights of stairs with arthritis in knee . And my wife has a bulging disc in her back. Ask for a lower flood room..but said their were book. Was really a struggle. Fixed Elevator the night before checkout morning

Then said didn’t have room a wanted , but hotel was empty Room had mushrooms growing out of the carpet next to air conditioner out the floor . No way possible to had been cleaned to have a 2 inch tall mushroom growing in a room . Poor air quality, had terrible sinus issues for a week after stay
