Kiara (the lady at the front desk) and the red haired lady (I didn’t get her name) were so nice and helpful. They also let us know where it was and wasn’t safe to go in NOLA and taught us a lot about the history and culture. The cleaning staff did amazing as well. It always smelled so good every time we walked into the lobby. The breakfast was very good for them to not have many options! Clean pool, friendly staff and environment!! We ubered most places (30 minutes max to bourbon street depending on traffic). Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Stayed here spur of the moment after deciding to stay in the NOLA area for the night. Convenient location right next to the highway. The hotel & our room were clean. The front desk clerk (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was very welcoming, friendly & informative. We left without eating the breakfast, so cant comment on that. Would stay here again if we ever decided to come back to this area.

There was mold on the bed. No amenities in the room. Some of the lights didn't work and the room phone was not working either.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and in a good locate for my trip. Breakfast was okay, but more can be added. The bathroom needs a fan to reduce the steam from the shower. Another thing that would be great for this place is to provide trolley transportation to downtown big events in the city.
