it honestly could be better and cleaner , they also have bed bugs . also problems with key card .

Bed was comfortable, easy to get to, good value When checking in she was talking on the phone to someone else,

How cold my room stayed no matter what The pool was closed & it was very hot outside. I woke up to a cockroach crawling on the wall

Th AC worked well. Toilet seat was loose, staff was rude, pool was not clean or usable. There were many policies that I didn't like, 1 you couldn't take breakfast back to your room, there was no meat on the breakfast menu, there was a $50 deposit and the made me wait until they checked the room upon checkout. There was only 1 ice machine which was on the first floor, but we were on the 3rd floor. I give it a 2 out of 5 overall.

This property needs alot of work and cleaning. The price is nice but not worth the stay.

Though there is a gate for safety. My family and I didn't feel safe. There were people in the parking lot living in their car. There were dirty mattresses and furniture out by a dumpster that I can only imagine were full of bed bugs.

They said they had a fitness center, but it was out of order. They had a bunch of furniture in the fitness room so I cannot use it and I really wanted to.

Bottom of pool needs better cleaning

NOTHING Let’s start off with check in..there was a sign saying 5 minutes so we waited(no rushing) but we had our kids so they letting finally came after 20 plus mins later with a line of ppl…she also had a very nasty attitude she explained to me how much I need to pay okay cool then she asked about my kids I said 2 so the first time she told me 15$ then she said oh yhu staying 2 nights it’s $20..atp I really don’t care how much I’m paying just need to get in the room it was already after 9pm ! So we finally got the keys after she LITERALLY charged my card 3 times ! We going up to the room and we realized the room she put us in was the ONLY room that had the room number written on the wall,umm okay cool go in the room we get the kids to stay by door till we check around and spray everything down(we do this every where we go).so my husband is checkin the room while I’m checking my bank statements to realize all the transactions that was completely,so he checking beds floors ac everything n he’s like let’s go im like huh what happened what do yhu see ITS MFN MOLD OMG the bedSSS were full on it..okay so we goes back down stairs to inform her that she put us in a room that has mold butttt before we can informmmm her she wasn’t at the desk AGAIN there were 2 guys already up there one was waiting to check in and the other was door dash..im normally the type to speak to folks weather they speak first or not but in this case I WAS HOT ! So my husband see my face and he gets upset cause mind yhu not it’s almost 10pm so there is no bell nothing no sign nothing what so ever !!! We get to knocking on the glass at the front desk her so go running out the BATHROOM..so the guys that was there be us was like ma’am yhu can go first cause they seen it in my face! So I get to telling her ma’am this room you put us in has MOLD..

Do not go here. Had feces on towel !!! Then receptionist told me to go get it as if I’m her housekeeper I will call the board of health

Gated community! The pool was slimy, fitness room out of order, staff wasn't verbal about needing a pool pass to swim, vending machines were empty, hallway smells like urine, breakfast was trash, and the parking lot has over 15 cats/kittens running around.

Nothing No staff to attain guest. Waited for 30 min then left
