Nothing at all Beside the room spacious Our room built a lot of condensation so the floors were very slippery and room wasn’t clean properly

The breakfast was top tier! They should have made cookies for the guests it was a really busy weekend I went the wrong location at first and the metarie location is way nicer and they had free cookies for the guests upon check in No cookies were made even after I asked the staff to make some

Easy access location, lots of free parking spots available. Hot breakfast was nice. Room was connected to other room with a very thin door and they watch tv on full volume till the morning, I called reception many times at night but nothing changed. Cant sleep at all.

It’s seems we kept getting the run around about the pool Really would have enjoyed some pool time

The desk staff tried to show me around, but the neighborhood was tough

The property was a good location it was close to a lot of places

The location was great not too far from downtown which was a plus since we were able to visit the aquarium and the Riverwalk outlet mall. 1st room was filthy so we had to switch to a different room. The second room was decent, but I still asked for new towels, rags, and bed sheets and covers since I saw stains on them. Also, the pool was nasty so my family and I couldn’t get in the pool which was very disappointing for my family and I since we bought our swim clothes.

* I like the area a lot bcuz it's literally in the middle of a food & shopping area within miles of each other . The staff was very accommodating & attentive to needs . * Some floors the ice machine didn't work , so we had to go down stairs to get ice every time & originally the refrigerator wasn't working but they changed it out .

The staff, specially Kendall. The AWFUL: Our room and the hotel in general was a very sorry excuse for a choices hotel. One of the worst we have stayed in. It's drab, dirty, and unsafe. This hotel needs to be shut down. The pool was closed due being disgusting. The AMERICAN FLAG CONDITION IS A DISGRACE AT THIS FACILITY! The outlets are literally hanging out of the walls! So if you're a veteran for this country, I apologize if you've stayed at this hotel, if you're a parent with a child excited to swim, I'm sorry, if you have health issues and get sick from the food, I'm sorry! The juice machine has a water option.. there was slivers of mold pouring from the water spigot. No cold water, fire hot temp couldn't take a safe shower.

My sons and I stuff was in that room when we went to eat. Luckily we were only missing a pair of crocs that we could tell. The pool looked like mini golf course green thankfully the sales associate stopped all skinny dipping 😊. But was disappointing my son could not enjoy a swim in the hot ... I hate leaving bad reviews but please fix the issues. Maybe we will come back

The room was not clean. Sink not cleaned, floor not vacuumed, and old urine with hair in it on the side bottom side of toilet. It 2as gross

Wasn’t the best but definitely served its purpose. Would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Hotels looks better on the inside then outside for sure. It’s an older hotel but it was in a nice area. No issues with safety and management was extra nice.
