Hampton Inn New Orleans French Quarter Market Area

I had the best experience at this hotel, My family and I went down there for a funeral and the staff was so accommodating to putting us all on the same floor. Everyone staff member we meet was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

From the moment we touched down and called the hotel we spoke to Adriana and she was amazing. She helped us check in before time since we landed early which we really apreciate and Thank you. Scotty was exellent giving us information on where to eat and what spots is great around NoLA. We were dissapointed he had to go on Vacation hope you enjoyed Scotty. Also Q was great. The whole staff was exellent, I just can't remember some of their names. Thank you to the whole Staff. I loved Everything.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good, a decent variety both hot & cold food. Location was good quite close to main areas e.g market, steamboats, and Bourbon St Would not accept my Mastercard for parking payment. Had to use Visa debit and pay interest.

Easy and save street parking, nice pool area, and great breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Rooms and over all hotel beautiful. The breakfast was not good.

Area was kind of sketchy and secure parking too small. However staff was wonderful and rooms clean! Hallways could be updated (carpeting) and area outside didn't feel completely safe.

Q was the best hotel host I have ever met. She gave great advice on where to eat, and was always welcoming when we returned. The room was very clean, large, the beds were comfortable. There was room to sit at the desk without being in the way. The parking was on the street or their secure garage. Plan for the garage. It may seem pricey, but worth the convenience and peace of mind. The pool was delicious. It is located a walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Turned out, after touring NOLA that we had the best location too. Breakfast includes a hot bar with vegetarian options. Definitely going back. Thanks, Q, for being a fabulous front desk hostess.
