Great location for walking

The location was perfect since I was there for EssenceFest.Convenient walking distance to the Superdome and the convention center. The lobby smelled like wet mold and there was trash around the lobby at different hours of the day.

Nice location and clean facility. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was not comfortable. Hotels should be cool or warm depending on the weather.

My family and I stayed here for a Saint's game and it was so nice to walk to and from the game instead of being gridlocked in traffic. We parked our car at the premier parking across the street, which costed roughly the same as the daily $53/day valet parking provided by the hotel. The clean, spacious room was so nice with 2 kids. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working, and we were taken care of and given a new room. There may have been an issue with the hotel's HVAC, because it was very warm in the hallways and lobby. Great continental breakfast the next morning. Great value, would stay again!

The breakfast was delicious and the environment was welcoming. I enjoyed my room however the night stand lamp needed a new bulb.

It was good. Very well organized and clean. Thank you!! I did not like all the fees that were added. For example, the taxes for the Dome. We didn't go to a game!!

If I have a complaint/request, and it's small but not, is when room service places the trash bags in the cans, to please disperse the air in the bag/can so that when a guest puts items in the trash they actually go in the trash instead of staying on top of a bag filled with air. Also, the AC unit is LOUD, like waterfalls/running water loud, but we managed, since we sleep with the TV on anyway. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Be prepared if you select to stay here - there is NO self parking, it's valet or ride share. Valet is $50/day with in and out privileges, added to your bill at the conclusion of your stay, and that plus tips was more valuable to me than spending about the same on ride share but not being able to go where I wanted/needed to go when I wanted to. It's a personal preference. For a first time in NOLA, it was a good trip and I'd stay here again.

Hotel was in great area staff was great! The air conditioning wasn’t blowing that well in our room bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was great! Honestly parking should definitely be free.

Breakfast selections were awesome, room was very clean, lobby decor was beautiful, and security deposit was refunded back to my card immediately at check out, definitely a 10/10 experience and would stay here again next time i visit new orleans n/a

The location was within walking distance to everything I wanted to do Room was suppose to be ready at a certain time. It was ready an hour later. I sat in the lobby waiting. I had plans I had to cancel because of it being late. Then when I checked in the room wasn’t clean at all and ended up having to be moved to another room
