Virgin Hotels New Orleans

One of favorite hotels when I visit New Orleans. From the staff to the location, everything is excellent!! Highly recommend!!

really like how quiet the rooms are, helps make for a good nights sleep.

Everything was beautiful! The staff was a 10/10! I’m in love with the rooftop pool, bar, and the Vibe!

I was charged $400 for check in. Expedia only noted a $100 hold and then charged $30 a day for amenities!! Ended up spending double. Never staying here again they should be clear that the hold is $100 PER DAY for stay duration. Very misleading and I hate hidden charges.

Thw room was SO COOL, i loved the setup. Especially the vanity table. Bed was super comfy and minibar was fully stocked. The staff had fantastic attitudes. The restaurant was DELISH and thw roofrop bar was fantastic. We will DEF be back

Great hotel, great stay! Would definitely come again when in New Orleans. Pool was smaller than anticipated but the rooftop area was a plus!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pictures give you the impression the pool is much larger than it is but I found it perfect. Good drinks and food in the pool area as well.

We didn’t get our 20% off vouchers. Reserved cabana for pool party. Service was extremely slow and DJ played same songs over and over. We attempted to request a song and was told he didn’t have it. Asked to play any other songs and the response was that they don’t allow him to play anything else. During check out was told I’d receive an invoice by email. Had to call 3 times before actually receiving invoice. Will not be returning! We travel often and are accustomed to better accommodations and service. We often book cabanas/tables for pool party. Was very underwhelmed, especially for being in a music city such as New Orleans and a “music” hotel such as Virgin.
