Great location! Will stay here again. So much room for all guests. Amazing communication throughout the trip.

The parking situation is insane. $9/hr with no daily rate & the next parking lot enforced Essence Festival prices because our visit coincidentally fell on similar dates. With better understanding, I would have picked a different location. The suites are nice, but not worth advertised price. Upon initial entry one suite was at 78 degrees. That alone threw off our first day! All together it was a nice property, but unfortunately we would not stay again. Thank goodness for the outside patio, it was our absolute favorite part.

Overall, I was impressed with the room itself. It was very spacious. It came with a kitchen, which was necessary for me because I was traveling with my grandchildren. The checkout time is earlier than other places it was for 10 AM and I didn’t realize that until I was getting ready to leave. It was my birthday weekend and I was traveling with my grandchildren which makes navigating a little different the cost for a late check out is 150 and I decided to go ahead and do a late checkout because of the gravity of the situation when I pay the money, everything is virtual, you don’t talk to anyone face to face which I really did not like when you enter into the hotel there’s no one there to greet you. Everything is virtual. Some people may like it because they don’t have to deal with anyone, but I do like to be able to interact with other others after I paid the money. A person from the staff came in and yelled at us and said that we were supposed to be out. She further noted that she would be back in 10 minutes and we needed to be gone as I tried to call out to her she stormed out of the room and did not respond to anyone of us that was talking to her to let her know that we have paid the money when I spoke with someone they told me that they will call me back on Monday and which I never received the call and that they would’ve went in charge not once did they try to compensate me for being interrupted and late for my reservations that I had I would not go back because of that.

Excellent hotel

The room was not clean when we arrived. The bed frames in the rooms were filled with trash, and all four bedrooms had stained sheets and mattress covers. We had to change the sheets more than four times because every set we were given had stains on them. This was very disappointing and made our stay uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.

Truly enjoyed my stay at the Theodore. Very quiet and clean atmosphere. The bed was as super comfortable and for my party of 4 there was more than enough space to move about without feeling like we were on top of one another. The full size kitchen was supplied with everything u would need to prepare meals. Would most definitely stay here again if in the area.

Parking was so convenient and close. Only issues we had were the check in and a stain on a pillow. We had to wait for someone to provide us with a code to our room. There was a makeup stain on one of the pillows.

Easy to get in, a huge grocery store literally across the street and easy walkabout. Lots of space and everything you need is in the apartment. Loved it.

The rooms are amazing!! Such a great place to stay. Now, there aren't any amenities such as a pool or lobby area to relax in. But, the cozy rooms, views, and convenience are top notch. One of my favorite places that I've stayed in New Orleans. Amazing for groups with the separate rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend!!

Hi there, great stay, great unit! spacious and clean! hosts were very communicative! But note that you can not store your luggage there, however, there is storage through the Bounce service right across the road.

Amazing stay, this will be my only place to stay when visiting visiting NOLA!
-
Nice place. Location was convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking down the street -meh. No fault of the hotel but people walk out the building and smoke DIRECTLY in front of the entrance -eww. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fully equipped, however, there wasn't dish soap for hand washing dishes and the dish washer had a leak.

We stayed in a three bedroom deluxe apartment. Check-in was a breeze. The space was huge with great closets, great bathrooms, spacious living and dining room. Great location close to the quarter and smoothie King Arena, 15 minute walk to either. Morrow steak was 2 blocks away and Willa jeans is literally down the block (best fried chicken in town). A supermarket and CVS are both across the street with everything you need and more. I could not recommend this place more. We were very comfortable.

Everything is within a 15 min walk. They also have really good shops in the area and a great soul food restaurant down the block. I wish the tv allowed access to Netflix and other streaming networks.

great place to stay for a little peace and quiet after a day and evening downtown.

The location was wonderful. We rented a 5 bedroom suite - it was really a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom that was joined by an interior door. Not a huge deal, but wasn’t what we were expecting. We had 2 full kitchens and 2 living rooms. The suite was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the elevator was broke when we got there AND when we were checking out. Not fun when you are traveling with 10 people and have to go up and down 6 flights of stairs with suitcases and such. The only other thing that was unpleasant was that someone called the front desk and complained of noise when we weren’t making a lot of noise- so for the remainder of the trip we purposely spoke very quiet and tiptoed around as we were told someone could hear us walking and talking. For $1000 a night I was expecting a little more
