It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience, but Whitney definitely did that for us. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a great first impression and really set the tone for our stay. We truly appreciate everything she did and we will definitely be back to the Barnett! Whitney is definitely an asset to the team!

Loved this unique spot that was perfectly located for my work events and also exploring the Garden District and French Quarter. My room with patio was wonderful and quiet, loved the views, comfy bed, and spacious refrigerator. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy work day. The transit pass, morning coffee in the cafe, and amazing music in the on-site music club were big perks. Would totally stay again! My only complaint is the slight musty smell in some of the public areas and hallways. Didn't experience this in my room at all.

I loved this hotel . Beautifully kept and walkable to canal. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was there for essence so it was very busy and only one elevator was working . That was the only small thing but it didn’t affect us . I will be staying here every year for essence .
