Where do I begin? The stay was so lovely it was almost decadent. From check in to the end of our stay, the staff were absolutely incredible. We stayed in the new wing and it was beyond expectation. The room was clean, amenities were fantastic, turn down service was lovely, in room dining was quite the experience. The Concierge Carla was friendly, kind, helpful, and very efficient- our stay wouldn’t have been as organized and energetic without her! Lovely retreat for our 18th anniversary and I can’t express how much I recommend the Hotel Monteleone.

The carousel bar was under construction, which was one of the features we were looking forward to. We were disappointed upon arrival to find out it was blocked off. Other than that the stay was good. Great entertainment, comfortable clean rooms, valet was quick, and a great location for walking. We had a pet and there were grass areas within a couple blocks and we felt safe even at night going there.

Where do I begin, first they they were doing maintenance on the carrousel bar(which was the whole reason we booked this hotel). So we didn’t get to enjoy it, which would’ve been fine had they let you know there was nothing on their website saying the bar would be down. Second there’s nowhere to park your car, you have to use valet, and they charge $50 a day for valet. Which again while I think that’s high, fine if the service was good. I bailed my car twice while I was there, first time I wanted ~40mins, the second time it was over an hour wait, and it wasn’t because they were busy.

The hotel was beautiful. The only problem was the carousel was out of order and was being repaired, but the cocktails from the bar were fantastic.

Came for the Carousel but it was under construction. Staff was incredibly helpful. I will say I spent 40 on some French fries at room service. Even our finest meals didn’t cost that much. Other than that really nice stay.

Location and music and room comfort. Unfortunately, the carousel bar was closed. We were really looking forward to it. But, I understood it needed to be serviced.

Ants in the room which were outdated plus this place is very overpriced.. Plus side: The staff were excellent and the location was a few blocks from the action..
