Everyone we came into contact with always had a smile on their face and very helpful

The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our tv but it was resolved swiftly. Breakfast was nice and there were different options throughout our stay, which I loved. My only issue was with the cleaning of the rooms. They said the maids were suppose to come every 2 days but they only came once during our stay which was our last day and we had to go to the front desk for tissue and towels and we weren't the only set to do so. However, overall I did enjoy my stay at the hotel.

Great hotel with clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. Convenient location for exploring New Orleans. Would definitely stay here again!

The room itself! The room 415 was located next to the janitors’ closet and it was very noisy and loud!! The cleaning staff didn’t speak or understand English when told about the disturbances! Heard bumping and intentionally making noises every morning!!
