Canopy by Hilton New Orleans Downtown

The overall cleanliness of the hotel were great. The only exception was the cooling drawer didn’t serve no purpose. Couldn’t keep anything cool. No microwave.

Room waa clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Staff was very professional, accommodating and helpful.

I love this property! The windows & view from the corner units are so nice!!! Great location! The security guard Jerren was so kind and helpful. No one was at the valet nor front desk when I arrive, but I saw the security guard. Jerren called for staff and helped me unload my baggage onto the luggage cart while I waited. I also explained to him that I had a phobia of elevators, so after I checked in, he road the elevator with me and brought the luggage cart back downstairs for me. I tried to tip him, but he refused to accept my money. Hopefully management can recognize his above and beyond customer service and reward him! Property is very clean, nice ambiance, friendly staff, great location!

The room and property meets my expectations. The breakfast staff was not properly trained. She was not respective to customers and she forgets our requests.

The hotel was very neat and pretty inside. We came for the ella mae concert at the saenger theater. The canopy hotel is 5min walking distance to the theater. U dont need to uber. Walk out the hotel and keep straight down the road. The staff was friendly. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel call ginger roux. We ate there for breakfast and the food was so delicious and fresh. We got the chicken and waffles. I will definitely be staying back at this hotel when visting n.o. walking distance to food, canal st, etc

The staff was very accommodating and the stay was amazing. Located to all the downtown areas and rail cars. The Hubby and I will be returning for our anniversary and his birthday. Sept. 5th Location

The computer system was down and the staff did everything they could to help every customer. It took a while to get some people registered but they were great in helping everyone.
