It was a lovely place to stay, great location and loved that we had a washing machine and dishwasher! There were quite a few flies in our room, and on our first night there were quite a few drunk guys sat outside our room shouting.

Location Well first of all, it was false advertising. The picture showed windows with nice views. I had a window facing a brick wall, a disability bathroom and it was small.. When I asked for a different room or at least the one I was charged for, I was told this was the room Booking.com assigned me. I was completely underwhelmed. Only reason I stayed was because it was no refund allowed. Definitely not the suite. So upset. Then I paid for valet parking and it took over an hour to bring my car.

It was clean. There wasn't a pool. And the hotel didn't have hot water. And the couch bed was horrible and hard. Just slept on the floor. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone i know...

I really liked the location of this building. The apartment was very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the apartment, which provides a lot of privacy, and both have en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of glasses, pots, and pans. The furniture was also very comfortable. A fun bonus was the record player…if you bring some albums, it’s a great extra touch. There was even a record player in my room. Overall, it was a great stay. What I didn’t like about the property was the noise. Most of the time, I was still able to get a solid night’s sleep, but you can definitely hear city traffic, sirens, and people outside. There is also a police station right across the street, so if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, this could be an issue. The good thing is that I couldn’t really hear the neighbors or people in the surrounding units, so the building itself seemed well insulated. The main issue was the windows..they could probably use an upgrade because a lot of outside noise comes through. The other downside was parking. Valet parking was about $50 per day. Street parking is available depending on the day and is metered during the week, but it’s free on weekends. There are also nearby garages that may be around $5–$10 cheaper per day. However, I felt the garage or valet was safer and more convenient, especially when there are parades or a lot happening in the area.

I arrived late and it was a nightmare because they never sent me the Code to access my room only to access the Building….there was a security guard but he didn’t have access to give me any type of code.. I don’t understand why they did not give me all the details code etc before I got there because I already paid in advance for everything it could’ve been so much easier….. one more thing when I ordered Uber most of the time they were not able to get to my place because the way the street was made……besides all I really enjoyed the apartment… The apartment was very nice and comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and each time I took a shower water went everywhere in the floor because there was no Door……

We enjoyed this property and its location. The rooms were nice and spacious. We didn’t like that we had to pay for parking each day.

Très proche du quartier français. On peut faire plein de choses à pieds. Machine à laver sèche linge cuisine très bien équipée ! Appartement spacieux Odeur dans le parking et prix du parking ! Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre

The floors were very dirty, carpet had alot of stains. The bed post was broken if proper cleaning was performed in bedroom this would have been noticed.

The property was clean and modern. I loved the convenience of the location it was close to everything

Location was within walking distance to Canal Street and the river front. Unit was clean and kitchen was stocked with basic cooking utensils. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cooling system worked amazing considering the high heat temperatures outside. Parking at $49.00/night plus tax. The $49.00 is the same for self-parking or valet. Self-parking is limited. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. They really should consider replacing at least in the unit I occupied.

There must have been a party Saturday night, and when I went to rooftop a group of kids was out there sleeping all over the place.
