Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and the room service was outstanding. The breakfast and other meals we enjoyed were excellent, with generous portions that were well worth the price. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and quality dining made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans to anyone looking for a first-class experience!

Hotel can use a refresh
-
The location was excellent. Very central and all the main areas were walking distance. Carpets were old and rooms seemed dated for a ritz property

Staff were amazing, and everything else just perfect!

The only minor negative was (room 573) the marble around the toilet bowl was quite stained. I believe it is an older room and not yet renovated. Upon checking in, I was offered a room that had already been re-done, with access to a special lounge, but it was $200./day to upgrade and I decided against it. Perhaps the older rooms waiting to be redecorated should be presented as just that at the time reservations are made?
