Pros: - Great team members from valet to front desk - Extensive lobby sundries with food and beverage options that met my dietary needs and were affordable - Perfect location on canal with valet and security - Cool decor and vibes - The lobby bar has a great menu and is affordable Cons: - We called for towels and never received them - Found small bugs in the room - The TV didn’t work - The beds are not the best, very hard

Staff was very friendly could hear outside road noise from the city view, but inside the hotel it was very quiet. Loved the room, layout, and the lighting in the hallway.
